Former Pro QB's Football House | Pigskin Journeyman

I grew up in central Wisconsin as a lifelong Cheesehead, dreaming about football long before I ever imagined it would become my career.

That dream eventually carried me around the world. I played professional football into my mid thirties, lived in multiple countries, portrayed Brett Favre in American Underdog, worked as a stunt performer on Friday Night Lights, and collected countless memories, friendships, jerseys, and stories along the way.

Football also led me to Rio de Janeiro, where I met my wife, Paulinha, while helping grow the sport in Brazil. Together we've moved nearly 20 times, whether for football, business, visas, or simply because another adventure was calling.

For all those years, we never really had a place to call home.

When we finally returned to Wisconsin to be closer to family after the birth of our first son, I had the chance to build the football house I'd been imagining since I was a kid.

That's how The Lombardi House was born.

It's also how the Pigskin Journeyman Collection began.

Every jersey, playbook, photograph, and football detail throughout this home has a story behind it. My hope is that when you stay here, you won't just have a place to sleep after the game. You'll feel like you've stepped inside the lifelong football journey that inspired this house.

As a lifelong Cheesehead, I always knew that if I ever had a place to call my own near Lambeau Field, it would be more than just a house. It would become the home for the jerseys, playbooks, memorabilia, and memories I collected during a lifetime spent chasing football around the world.

When this property became available, it checked every box.

It's located in the heart of Green Bay's Lombardi neighborhood, just a comfortable 10 minute walk from Lambeau Field, so game day feels like an extension of the experience rather than a drive across town.

Just as important, directly across the street is one of the neighborhood's best city parks. Guests have access to tennis courts, a full soccer and football field, baseball diamonds, a large playground, and plenty of open space for kids to run around. It feels like having an enormous backyard that's professionally maintained by the city.

The location gave me the perfect canvas to create the football house I'd always imagined. Every renovation, every mural, every game, every piece of memorabilia, and every new addition, including the hidden locker room behind the Murphy bookshelf, was designed to create the kind of place I would have loved to visit growing up as a Packers fan.
