Beautiful Suncadia House With Two Master Bedrooms and plenty of space for kids!

Two ground floor master bedrooms, 4 bedroom total, 3.5 bathroom, walking distance to golf, winery and park with basketball court and play structures for the kiddos!

Relax in this upscale location within Suncadia Resort. A short stroll from Swiftwater Winery, golfing, and all-season resort trails. Open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining, and backs up to Battista Park with a full basketball court and lovely play structures. Spend your stay in a quiet way, reading by the fireplace, gathered around the outdoor firepit under the stars... or, depending on the season, take advantage of Suncadia's various recreational rentals such as- bicycling, paddle boating, ice skating, cross country skiing, etc. Enjoy a weekend of golf, hiking, walk through the historical town of Roslyn or 30 min drive to ski at The Summit at Snoqualmie. Wildlife sightings abound! Don't be surprised to start your morning with a deer having a snack out back, or a little frog on the rocks outside while you enjoy your morning coffee!

This home sleeps 10 comfortably and is only one of a few within Suncadia with two master suites on the ground level. Great for wedding guests, the kids (or kids at heart for a girls' or guys' weekend), golf getaways, and ski trips!

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Home

We loved the house. Cozy and wonderfully designed. The kitchen is very well appointed for cooking, and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and looking at the harvest moon. We would come back here again and again.

Great get away

My friends and I visited for a refreshing mom’s weekend away and greatly enjoyed our time here! Very clean and lots of rooms so we could each have our own room. Nice touches like hot hands available to make our winter adventures more enjoyable and sleds available to use in the garage as well. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional home with all the bells & whistles

Three generations stayed here for an extended New Year's Eve celebration and had a wonderful time. Tasteful furnishings and special Christmas decorations made the home warm and inviting. Really appreciated the special welcome gifts. Great communication with the owners.

Milestone Birthday

We had a mix of friends and family join us for a milestone birthday for my husband and this home worked perfectly! We took advantage of the amazing location by golfing, fishing, and wine tasting over the course of our stay. The home itself is beautiful, clean and super well stocked. The outside seating area worked beautifully for meals and card games. The garage games and proximity to the basketball court were icing on the cake! A good time was had by all!

Great for kids and adults alike!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Suncadia. The home was clean and well-appointed, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions, which we appreciated. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us to hang out comfortably and our 4 young kids really enjoyed the bunk room over the garage and the close proximity to the playground, which they could easily access through the backyard. The "games" garage was a constant hit with all ages, and we made use of the fire pit (warm!) and hot tub (clean!) nightly. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful large home well equipped

House is even better than advertised. Beautiful and seems almost new. Every room is very nicely furnished and the kitchen has high end appliances and is very well equipped. Outside is a wonderful hot tub, bbq and nice patio furniture. Each bathroom has plenty of plush towels. The neighborhood is quite and the house is in the trees. A community basketball court is behind the house but not used much and even when in use it’s not intrusive in anyway. Importantly, the hosts are responsive. Four couples stayed at the house - we attended a musical festival an hour and fifteen minutes away at the Gorge. If we ever back in this part of Washington, we’d certainly stay here again.

Check-in was easy and quick. All of the basic necessities were provided in the kitchen. The only item I would highly recommend providing is a high chair. Luckily we brought our travel high chair but it would have been to have one available vs us traveling with one.
