Anniversary weekend.

We had a very nice relaxing weekend. House was bigger than we needed, very comfortably appointed and the back yard was great for our pup. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location Great home

The home is as great looking in person as the photos detail. Less than 5 minutes to the London Bridge, Main Street restaurants and hiking! We only made eggs and cinnamon rolls but it appeared anything you would need to make a full course meal was provided. There is also an outdoor grille on the covered patio. Pool was perfect during those 90 degree days. It was great having use of the 2 car garage too. This is definitely a home we’ll return to if available during our next Havasu visit!

Great place

My husband and I took our son and some of his friends to Lake Havasu and rented this house while there. It was clean, more spacious than I expected and close to the lake. The check in was easy and instructions were clear. We had a great time.

Holiday in Havasu

We had a really wonderful time staying at this property. The house was fully equipped, clean and family friendly. The pool and patio area was our favorite. Nice, safe feeling neighborhood. Easy access to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Property

We went to Lake Havasu for our 50th wedding anniversary. Home is absolutely beautiful. Well stocked and clean. Rod was wonderful to work with and attentive to all questions.

Home away from home

This house was definitely a welcome retreat after a long drive. It was very comfortable in every aspect, clean, and accommodating and we loved the layout with three doors to the backyard. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the garage. Check in and check out procedures were simple, not a big list of things to do and worry about. The house is just a short drive to grocery store and 3 dog parks, our must haves. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. Despite the big pool, the backyard was big enough for our two mini-Aussies to run around.

Enjoyed our stay

Loved having the pool table since the weather wasn’t warm. The master bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that all of the indoor seating was barstool height and that does not work well for the elderly.

This property is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. The photos are very accurate. I give it a 10 star review The only two comments I have to say. Is the pool PH level seemed off and was not very clean, but clean enough for us to cool off in the 115+ temps. Two of the 3 beds could use a mattress replacement. We had a wonderful time

Nice house and very clean . Only issue is that if you close the bedroom doors the bedrooms won’t cool down. You need to leave the doors open to cool them

this house is affordable and fun

It was a really nice place to stay very quiet all fenced in backyard for the dogs. The pool was a decent size and they had a pool table which was really nice. The only thing that would be better is railing to get in and out of the pool.

Took my wife and kid in-laws and mom. To stay at home. Great location, everything you need in the house and close to the store. Plenty of room for everyone and the dogs.

Had an issue with checking in because I didn’t receive the codes. Once inside everything went well. Very nice home. Comfortable. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to rain but did enjoy grilling out.

Birthday Vacay

There were a few minor issues I brought to the homeowner's attention but he responded and took care of them quickly. Also, the central air for some reason didn't cool the master bedroom as well as the rest of the house so made it difficult to sleep but overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is also close to the river and bars.

Beautiful and affordable

This property was very nice and the pictures are an accurate representation. Nice ambiance and the covered patio with fan was a life saver in the heat. Only downside was very creaky beds that could be a bit more comfy but definitely not a deal breaker. I would book again.

Amazing house host & great stay!

We had such a great stay here. The house was even better than expected and was perfect for 6 of us. Rod was extremely accommodating and had such a clean, spacious, and awesome home. We had some boat trailer issues last minute and needed to extend our stay by one day, and Rod was fast to respond adding an extra night to our stay and even gave us recommendations for boat and trailer repairs that he trusts in the area. Overall a super great house and an awesome host. Definitely will be booking at this home again! Thanks for everything, Rod!

Memorial Day Stay

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Everything was explained prior and easy to understand. The house was very clean and all amenities were easily available. All in all it was an amazing VRBO experience!
