Everything went smoothly; house clean, spacious, well-stocked, great location, easy access, great communication.

All went well with this Singer Island rental. Rental team communicated all info in a timely manner, with details needed to make our trip smooth. No surprises. All as expected and advertised. Clean, spacious, well-stocked, nice pool and hot tub, great location. Worked great for a short family vacation!!

Family gathering .

This house was perfect for our stay - we had a niece and her family that lived near by so we had the aunt, uncle, sister / brother in law and a bunch of cousins ages 2-15. The house had everything we need needed , well stocked and we needed for nothing. It was clean and beds were comfy, lots of hot water for us all to shower after the beach days - pool / hot tub was great. House instructions and communication on point .

This home was precisely “as advertised” - lovely, clean, well appointed with everything our group could need, and conveniently located close to the beautiful beach. The pool and cabana area are great - too bad it was soooo hot while we were there, we could hardly enjoy it! Communication with our host was amazing. Quick, responsive, upbeat and always helpful. 10/10 - no notes :)

We had a really nice stay overall! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. We really enjoyed the space and had a great time staying here.The only issue we ran into was quite a few ants around the outdoor furniture, which made it a little difficult to fully enjoy that area. We also noticed some dead ants inside the house that looked like we’re sprayed but never cleaned up. It wasn’t enough to ruin our stay, but it’s something that could use a little attention.Pool was absolutely amazing!!Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the house and our time in Florida!

A well kept house with all amenities we required. Kids loved the pool in particular, I appreciated a well equipped kitchen. Great location. A very responsive host and easy access to the property at check-in.

Awesome weekend for a family stay!

Very modern and spacious space perfect for families or larger groups. The pool and spa was amazing and literally across the street to the beach. Great community with shops and restaurants near by. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful home!

The layout of the house worked perfectly for two families. Home has nicely appointed interior. The outside offers both shaded and unshaded areas around the pool. Beautiful home. Would consider it again if I return to Singer Island. The host was very responsive regarding delivered packages and check in.

My family’s stay was perfect. We traveled to the area for my son’s wedding with 7 in our party. We had plenty of room and the layout of the house was great. The outdoor space was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pool, spa and cabana all hours of the day and night. We loved the privacy! The house was clean and well organized as was the outdoor space. It is an 8 minute walk to the beach and the next door neighbor was so nice as was the host. She offered timely responses when necessary. Highly recommend this property!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the house was well appointed and the pool/spa were icing on the cake. We loved the king beds. The living room sectional was perfect for all of us to relax. Location was also perfect. You could walk to the beach. We most enjoyed the outdoor space. I highly recommend this rental.

A very relaxing stay!

This house was perfect from the moment we walked in a hot tub that actually works a heated pool that is beautiful two master bedrooms and a walk every morning to the beach, which was 10 minutes away. and a restaurant to eat breakfast at Across The Street at Marriott’s hotel was very good. The owners are great also and they check in on you from time to time if you’re looking for a great place to stay, you have found it.

Another Outstanding Stay at Maven’s Singer Island Property!

Once again, the Chicago Scouts Association (CSA) coaching staff had an outstanding experience staying at one of Maven’s properties on Singer Island during the annual Perfect Game WWBA World Championship. The location is ideal for our coaching staff, approximately 15 minutes from both Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Complex and CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches. The property is also within walking distance of the beach and Johnny Longboats, making it convenient to enjoy some football games and the MLB playoffs after long days at the ballfields. What our coaching staff appreciates most is the peace and tranquility of the property. Singer Island offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the mainland, providing the perfect environment to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the beautiful South Florida surroundings. Year after year, Maven continues to provide a great experience for our organization. Our coaches look forward to returning, and we highly recommend Maven’s Singer Island properties to anyone visiting the Palm Beach area, especially baseball coaching staffs attending tournaments. Excellent Home with Prime Location

This lovely property certainly met our expectations. Each couple having a private bathroom was perfect for our siblings reunion. The outdoor space is well designed and the location of the home is ideal. Cecelia is pleasant to work with and communication was excellent.

Amazing Property!!!

This property was beautiful!!!! So clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. The heated pool and hot tub were the best part. My kids enjoyed every minute of it! Would definitely stay here again!
