Luxurious penthouse beach front condo available for rent at very competitive rates. This two bedroom condo is located on the top floor of the Surfside resort and has only recently been renovated and refurbished. This luxury unit will accommodate four people comfortably.
Complimentary beach service of a daily set up of umbrella and 2 chairs is included with this rental. A $250 value!
This luxury unit comes complete with:

Wonderful trip.

The property is gorgeous with awesome views! This is the second time we have stayed here. Wendi was wonderful with checking in and all correspondence. Definitely recommending this property!

Amazing view and location

This property was amazing! The view is to die for. Wendie is great. The property is clean and so close to beach, pool,and walking distance from several restaurants and stores. Will definitely come back!

Perfect room, great location, great beach access, private elevator access to room. Very quiet, Wendie was awesome to work with. Chairs and umbrella setup included was awesome and saved time and money. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was very good food. Excellent hamburger. Easy walk to whaletail restaurant and surf hut both on the beach. I will stay here again.

Great location

This was exactly as advertised! Wonderful view from every window! Wendie was great and resolved the only issue we had (key card issue) quickly and efficiently! Condo had everything we needed for our stay and the beach service was definitely a plus!

Wendie's penthouse was very comfortable. It had all the amenities for a good stay on the beach. The ability to have beach service was a plus. There is a toaster, microwave, full-size refrigerator, an electric stove, plenty of silverware and other accessories. The view is fantastic and the place is located close to Winn-Dixie and CVS. Wendie is always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. Checkin and checkout was easy. Chana Overall a fantastic place to stay.

So very nice

This accommodation is very nice, comfortable furniture and beds, great showers, kitchen great although we only used the fridge and microwave. Can’t wait to stay here again next trip to the beach!

Very private, quiet, and clean!

This was exactly what we were looking for as our much needed getaway from Nashville, TN. The condo was spacious and private, plenty of room for my husband and I and my mother. Wendie met us upon arrival and was there to answer our questions and was there in seconds to help us when we got locked out. We will definitely be planing a stay here again!

Awesome Time!

The condo was fantastic! Comfortable beds, great decor, fully stocked kitchen, and the most amazing views in Miramar Beach! The host Wendie met us when we arrived to give us parking passes, resort bands, and just to let me know to contact her if we needed anything. I am definitely recommending this property!

Gorgeous Condo with a Gorgeous View

This condo was immaculate! The owners were on-site and available at all times for questions or any help needed. Mrs. Wendy was a pleasure to rent from and we hope to rent from her again. It was cleaner than any condo I have ever rented.

Stay was awesome, but after the stay the host accused us of some damage to a kitchen table we had not even touched during our visit. I will not return, we are a very quiet family and only swam, ate , and watched tv.

Gorgeous view from every room!!

Family of four, stayed 6 days! Wendy the host is very nice and responsive, we arrived early and she checked us in quickly! The condo is clean, had everything we needed, extra pillows, enough bath and beach towels,two surfboards, two floates and two carry on foldable beach chairs!! Kitchen has everything you need from silverware to dishes and small appliances! Fridge and stove top/oven are a nit outdated but they get the job done just fine!! The view is amazing, from master, living room and second bedroom! The patio is large , however we are all afraid of heights so we stayed away! Elevators to 16th floor were OK for us, a min wait here and there!! Shop your groceries at walmart down the road, Win Dixie is alot more expensive!!

Breathtaking

The property was amazing. Wendy met us when we arrived and off we went!The views were awesome! Beach access was a piece of cake! Loved having 2 chairs on the beach for us.The penthouse had everything we needed to make our stay great.Thanks again to Wendy for offering such a beautiful penthouse.This penthouse is highly recommended
