The Space:

This oceanfront vacation rental villa is located on the south end of the Amelia Island Omni Resort grounds. Convenient parking and unloading greets you upon arrival where the elevator will whisk you to the fourth floor of the Turtle Dunes complex. You will enjoy the view of the beautiful water oaks as you walk to your new home away from home.



As you first enter the villa, you will notice the breathtaking ocean view from your own private balcony. You will find a nicely stocked and well-equipped kitchen, where you can connect with family and friends over home cooked meals with a bright, open living room and dining area to sit and enjoy each other’s company. The spacious balcony is a unique place where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee or bask in the sunset with a nice glass of wine.



You can enjoy Amelia Island's brilliant views right from your king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom contains a queen size bed, as well as a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses. The hall bathroom is easily used as an ensuite due to access from both the hallway and guest bedroom.



You will have direct access to both the beach and the beautiful, very private swimming pool exclusive to Turtle Dunes guests. It is conveniently located close to the Omni Resort with a wide variety of dining and shops. You will have full access to the Omni resturants, golfing, biking, spa, and so much more. This elegant villa is perfect for family or group gathering. No doubt your party will plan future visits to this piece of paradise.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.



While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.



Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.



All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.
