Welcome to Colby Lake Place, a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in upscale Woodbury, Minnesota. Set on the shores of Colby Lake and steps from a scenic walking and biking trail, our home is perfect for families, business travelers, or anyone relocating.
Within 15 miles, enjoy the Mall of America, Saint Croix River Valley, professional sports venues, golf courses, regional parks, and Afton State Park. The location offers easy access to Stillwater, Maplewood, Roseville, and Hudson, Wisconsin.
Youâll have private access to the entire first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, backyard deck, and parking for up to four cars. Monthly rates are available for extended stays.
Separate Private Suite: The home`s lower level (basement) includes a separate private Suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; its separate entry ensures your complete privacy. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Suite, patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private Suite anytime. We prioritize our Guests` privacy.
Managed by family-owned Flagship Rentals since 1984, Colby Lake Place promises comfort, convenience, and a memorable lakeside stay in the Twin Cities.
Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. We offer this `value-added service` to ensure you`re only charged for the actual number of guests rather than a flat rate for the entire home. This rate structure is designed to provide savings and flexibility to our guests when the number of people changes or when smaller groups would like to stay with us. Should the number change after making a reservation, let us know, and we will adjust the rate accordingly. We are committed to being flexible and accommodating to changes, recognizing that plans can evolve.
The Responsible Guest must sign a Rental Agreement before the check-in date.
* The minimum age to rent is 25. A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.
âą The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, and the responsible party must be present throughout the reservation unless otherwise negotiated.
âą Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
âą Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.
âą A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.
âą A refundable damage deposit of $195 preauthorization will be placed on your credit card. It will be released 7 days after checkout, unless there are any damages or issues.
* All month-to-month (30 days or more) reservations require renters` insurance.
* Negotiable refundable damage deposits for month-to-month rentals
