Walking distance to Alienz field. 10 min drive to downtown Minneapolis/downtown St. Paul. Full equipped kitchen stocked with spices. Large backyard with grill and patio seating. Quiet one way street. Easy street parking. Tons of board games and a 65â Samsung TV with a Bose sound bar great for watching movies or the âBig gameâ with friends and family. Recently renovated basement has a movie theater/gaming room equipped with a playstation 3 and classic Nintendo with all your favorite games and movies.
Stay was good. Listing states on premise parking which was under the assumption the garage would be available. Was a little hard to unload as we were carrying babies. Other than thay, stay was good. Area was well rounded. Home heated off radiators and wall mounted AC/Heaters. Took a bit to warm up but again, good stay overall.
Fantastic! Beautiful home with everything you need. Super comfortable. Great for a family with all the fun games provided by the host. Close to MN state fair grounds. Lovely neighborhood.
We enjoyed the stay. Nice neighborhood close to the zoo and downtown. The sunroom is great for morning coffee. The space is actually larger than the listing details. The lower level game room and bath were nice surprises.
It was a great home for our family of 5. We have 3 children age 7 and under and it gave us plenty of space to spread out. The location is great, especially if you want access to the light rail. The check in instructions were clear, and when we arrived the place was clean and well furnished. The property owners were nice and were flexible with us with our check out time. They were also responsive to messages through the app. The house itself has backyard space and even a few backyard games (birdie and paddles, bean bag game). The downstairs has game consoles for older kids. You will need to bring all your paper products right when you get there. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1/4 roll of a paper towel roll. I was hoping to be able to wait until the next day, but ended up having to run out that night. One extra roll would have been great!
This is a marvelous example of a home full of woodwork and a few built ins that add so much character. It has been updated nicely with a pleasant renovated basement and kitchen. There are also many design elements that add to the beauty of the space. The front sunroom off the living room is especially wonderful to enjoy. Thanks for your lovely space!
Very nice home in older/quiet neighborhoodâŠlocation boasted close, easy commutes to the twin city attractions we were there to seeâŠwe enjoyed our stay very much!!
Adorable house. It suited us perfectly for a Twin Cities visit. The entire house was comfortable and âjust right.â The street was perfectly quiet for our entire stay. We watched a movie downstairs in the new home theater. Would definitely rent again.
We have stayed in many VRBOâs in America. This beautiful home in St Paul was the very best accommodation we have rented. This home is clean, efficient, beautifully decorated and stocked. The host is attentive and thorough with every communication. We will definitely stay there again!
My family and I traveled to the Twin Cities for a quick get-a-way over Memorial Day weekend. The property was easy to find and was nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities were great. The property was clean and welcoming, the hosts were very responsive and helpful and the selection of board games was impressive! The cozy sunporch was my favorite thing about the property. I highly recommend this property.
Our family stayed in this comfortable historic Saint Paul home for a long weekend while celebrating our son's graduation from Macalester College. The home was super clean and included everything you'd need. Very comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and a truly remarkable collection of games which we thoroughly enjoyed! We'd stay again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
The place was great! Plenty of room for the 4 of us! Close to downtown which was very nice to see. Great communication with the host. We probably wonât be back in the area. But if we are or know someone who is. Will definitely recommend
We spent about a week at this location. The house worked perfect for our family and was a quick drive to the different locations we checked out in the Saint Paul/Minneapolis area.
I recently had a fantastic stay at this home. The house was cozy, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful nightâs sleep. The living room was a great place to unwind, with plush couches that made it easy to kick back and relax. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining area, which had plenty of space for meals and made the perfect spot for board games during our downtime. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay!
Quiet neighborhood, good location close to everything we needed. Communication with host was prompt. Perfect place for our family getaway to explore the cities.
Property was clean, comfortable and homey. Host was responsive and accommodating as we had to make an unexpected last minute reservation for the same night. We stayed 4 nights and will stay here again.
The house was an elegant, beautifully restored 100 year old tri-level home in a quiet, yet conveniently located neighborhood in St Paul. We had a little family outing there over the holidays and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The house was very roomy yet cozy and a very peaceful atmosphere. Everything was in place in the home and there was a nice fenced in back yard with a beautiful deck that one could enjoy during the summer months. Highly recommendable to anyone wanting to spend time in the Twin Cities.
