This bright and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and style for your New Smyrna Beach getaway. Featuring wood and tile floors throughout and all-new furnishings, the home feels fresh and welcoming the moment you walk in.
The master suite includes a king bed, private access to the patio, and a relaxing en-suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a full bed, and the third offers two twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups of up to six guests.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean and had a nice view of the pond. The pool and pool area was also very nice. Lots of lounge chairs which was nice. Lots of great food choices around the NSB area.

Location,location

The location of the condo was great, halfway between the 2 pools(although one pool was closed the entire time we we're there) and close to the beach access. The condo itself was nice, comfy king bed, adequate pots and pans, nice furniture. There were a few problems, but Jenn took care of them. Nice view of pond from the patio, especially when there was a thunder and lightning storm.

Wow! what are great vacation. The place was exactly what were looking for...spacious to accommodate all the 8 members of the family. Either the condo was recently remodeled or they keep it superb, everything was like new. The amenities were good. Very nice decoration, they had ever tool/accessory we ever need it in a way that it made us feel at home. (they had a Keurig which was a nice surprise since that's what we use at home). They had a baby crawler and all sort of kids/baby toys, beach gear, LED monitor for my occasional work, etc. They really went above and beyond to provide everything we could possible need for our vacation. I was pleasantly surprised! Nice couple of pools outside, tennis courts in perfect shape and the beach is really close by, which btw is the only portion of the beach with a lifeguard not sure why... Will definitely come back...

Great place on the beach

This property is fantastic and just what we needed for our Spring Break trip. The condo was well stocked and exactly like the listing shows. The only suggestion is a larger or tankless water heater as we ran out of hot water quickly.

Spectacular unit just steps from Ocean

EXCELLENT!! Unit has been completely painted and redecorated with brand new living room furniture, 60" television new dining room furniture, all new floors throughout and new washer and dryer. We could not have asked for anything more! We will request this unit in the future when we return to New Smyrna Beach.

Beautiful Unit

Very spacious and comfortable unit with great furnishings.

We were very comfortable in this spacious unit. The furniture and appliances were in very good condition. We were a short walk to the pool area and just across the street from the beach.

We could not ask for more!

Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful sunsets from screened in patio. Fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. Owners have thought of everything to meet guests needs. State of the art and high tech condo with flat screen TVs in every room. Free WiFi and long distance landline included. Everything including furnishings have been updated. We will be requesting this unit on all our future stays in NSB.
