Though the entire retreat is absolutely charming, you'll find your eyes unable to keep from the breathtaking waves not far beyond the door.

Before you head to the oceanfront patio, step into the kitchen for a bite. This area has all the custom touches that make it luxury; from grey, marbled granite counters to white, display cabinets. No matter how you regard cooking, you'll find yourself loving any time spent here as this space is both gorgeous and functional. The counters and drawers are stocked with kitchen essentials, cookware, a blender, drip coffee maker, and more. Your favorite feature will be its large counter and breakfast bar that allow you to prep and serve to an ocean view.

When the aroma of a home-cooked meal draw your family near, sit down at the dining room table to enjoy. The dining room provides ample seating with its five barstools lining the breakfast bar and its six cushioned chairs around the table. With the blue skies and waters just outside the sliding glass door, you'll feel as if you were dining al fresco.

Flowing from this space is the living room that's tastefully arrayed in bright summer colors. A yellow couch and loveseat, teal recliner, and red, floral armchair create visual interest against the room's soft accents. Pick a comfy spot to relax and turn on your favorite sitcom on the flat-screen TV. This complex is near the finest seashore park in the country, the Canaveral National Seashore, as well as near the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. Also in the immediate area is a county park with a fishing pier and playground. The access to the river affords the sportsmen some of the finest flat bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming and shrimping available in Florida. This complex is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
