The Footprints house was exactly as described. The house is perfect for a small group, like 3 or 4 couples, or especially 2 couples traveling with children (one of the bedrooms has bunk beds). The house is a very short walk from the beach, which is beautiful. The pool at the house is terrific for cooling down on a hot day. The house location is also terrific, as you can walk to many restaurants (5 or 6 within ½ mile). In addition, Beach Retreats customer service was outstanding, from responding to communications to aiding us with returning a n item we accidentally left behind. We recommend their rental properties.

Awesome location in Holmes Beach

The beautiful home was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 2 three year olds. It truly was a one minute walk to the beach and easy walking distance to playground and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The property was amazing! The proximity to the ocean was the best. Can’t say enough about the pool. It was top notch. It was very clean and would recommend this property to anyone.

The kids enjoyed every square inch of the house. It was enough room for 3 adults and 5 kids! Being so close to the beach, allowed the kids to come and go to and from the beach and when the weather was not nice, we had the pool! The vacation was great and the house was just as we expected.

Anna Maria spring break

This house is a few minutes walk from the beach. Great location! It has a well-stocked kitchen - very comfortable. Bedrooms very nice.

Beach Retreat

We had a wonderful vacation. The ocean was steps from the house & the pool was a great option with a little shade. Plenty of space for 6 adults to stay. Very comfortable.

Wonderful house and amazing location to the beach. Lots of construction but can’t help that. Amazing response if we had any questions or concerns. I have stayed at many properties in AMI and this was the best by far!!!

We had a great stay at Holmes Beach. With 8 people, we had plenty of space. The house was as described, and even better than the pictures. The beach is a 1 min walk. It was close enough that we felt safe sending our older kids and teens by themselves to the beach. It's a quiet street. There were plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, olive oil, and a few spices. The elevator was a nice amenity to have with aging grandparents. Everything was super clean upon arrival. Our only suggestion would be to add rugs to the bedrooms and living area.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that the concerns you brought to our attention were addressed promptly. In some cases, what was believed to be a property issue turned out to be user error—for example, the reported breaker issue was unrelated to the pool and had been turned off by our landscaper as it controlled irrigation. To suggest that we provided “band-aid” fixes feels unfair, especially as we immediately sent a licensed electrician to investigate, and there were no ongoing problems found. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring that every guest has a positive experience, but we also want to be transparent about what was actually resolved during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback

Great Venue for College Girls Reunion

The property suited our needs. The elevator was very useful. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were several large tables and chairs that our group of six used quite often. The pool area was beautiful. Location and proximity to the beach was a real positive. There were labels everywhere that made our stay easier. Our group loved staying at this property.

Beautiful home, great location!

Overall, excellent. The outside tv was defective so we couldn’t watch tv while enjoying the pool. (Football season) Walking distance to ocean was wonderful. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and beach umbrellas. Lovely home inside and out. Beautifully decorated. Great time of year to go. Not crowded at all. Delicious restaurants nearby.

Overall everything was good, however, I thought communication could have better during our stay. I texted about a couple of concerns that we had but never received a response. It wasn’t till I called the office that our needs were addressed. If you have questions/concerns, I recommend calling and not texting to the number they gave. Several of the beach items were broken at our arrival, including the wagon. The structural supports on the bottom were completely rusted through. Not all the bikes were functional. The rental home was spacious and was decorated nicely. The home is in a nice area, quiet and only a couple minutes walk to the beach but close enough for our shopping needs.
