-Pool heated to 80 degrees, hot tubs to 103 degrees - you may request higher temps for a small fee
-A security deposit will be preauthorized on your card during your stay
-2 dogs allowed per stay with pet fee of $25 per night, per pet & pet agreement signed
-Quiet time 10 pm - 8 am
-Only registered guests may occupy the home
-A rental contract must be signed & each guest’s name must be provided
-Primary tenant must be at least 25 years of age, staying at the property, and provide a valid ID
-Guests must share the backyard amenities with 1 other unit next door (at NO time are pets allowed in the shared backyard)

If you’re coming to Hurricane in a large group, you’ll love the setup of this home. There are five spacious bedrooms, all with high-end furniture. You’ll notice the common theme in various design finishes is water.

The master suite has a King size bed, a single bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress. The mostly white room features bright teal and orange accents, private access out to the balcony, and a flat-screen TV.

The second bedroom has 1 King bed, 1 sofa bed, and a private bathroom. This room is a calming blend of blues and whites, and the large window allows for plenty of natural sunlight.

Bedroom three has 1 King bed, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. This sunny room features soft yellow accents, a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

Bedroom four is just steps from the family bathroom and has two triple-level beds and a few bean bag chairs, making it perfect for kids. The room looks out over the dramatic Hurricane landscape.

Bedroom five features a King size bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV surrounded by seafoam greens and whites.

Bedroom six also has a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ocean-colored accent pieces that add brightness to the space. It boasts a private bathroom and is the only bedroom located on the first floor.

When you stay here, you will have the entire townhouse to yourself. You have access to all of the rooms and amenities, and there is a two-car garage for private parking. You will be given a key code to access the front door, and you will have access to all of Zion Village’s resort-style amenities.

This home is family-friendly and comes equipped with toys, books, kids' activities, a pack n’ play, a highchair, and games. Families can spend their days playing foosball, basketball, or ping pong. From here you are close to local golf courses and just a short walk from the community’s pool, hot tub, and lazy river! You are also close to local restaurants, breweries, cafes, coffee shops, trendy boutiques, and some of the area’s most popular parks.

Our rental property is in an excellent location just 25 minutes from Zion National Park. Zion is known for its stunning red rock formations and is a sought-after destination for camping and hiking. We're also located within the small town of Hurricane, which was originally settled by pioneers and now has a charming small-town feel with excellent local cafes and shopping. We're also a short drive away from St. George, which is located near the border of Utah and Nevada. Our property's central location makes it one of the perfect vacation rentals St George visitors deserve. It’s truly a perfect paradise.

While our attached townhouses are great for big groups, our separate guest suites ensure that everyone has plenty of privacy. Each suite has its own private bathroom. Each townhouse has a living and dining space, as well as a laundry room and dishwasher. There's also WiFi and Hulu TV to help you stay connected.

***There is some construction going on in the neighborhood to the south of the home. New townhomes are being built.
***There are 5 security cameras located on the outside front of the property. Two are located on the front of the house facing the garages. One is pointed at the pool equipment on the side of the house. The other two are located in the backyard pointing at the backyard. All are activated by motion.
**The backyard is shared with 1 other unit. But you will have unlimited access to the backyard pool, hot tub and fire pit.
**Unless there are extenuating circumstances all pools are heated to 80 degrees and the hot tubs to 102 degrees year-round.
***We are located in the town of Hurricane. Named rightfully so since the wind does tend to blow pretty good some days.
***We do our absolute best to keep the property and surrounding yard clean, well-maintained, pest-controlled, and in good working order for each guest's stay. Despite our best efforts, there may be an occasional critter sighting inside or outside of the house such as: ants, spiders, moths, flies, mosquitos, and cockroaches. Outside in the yard, you may also see birds, rabbits, snakes, scorpions, lizards, squirrels, mice, and bats.
On rare occasions, there may be an item in the house such as an appliance, a piece of furniture, an electronic, A/C unit, internet, or other utility that may not be in perfect working condition. Please contact us immediately about any issues and we will try and resolve them as quickly as possible. :)
