Our stay was enjoyable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The view was awesome and the communication text messages during our stay made it more personable. The discounted tickets to Brookgreen Gardens and the free breakfast at Magnolias was a pleasant perk.

View spectacular. Location wonderful within walking distance to boardwalk. Did not like the fact we had to constantly wash our towels as fro t desk said we should not exchange them since we had a washer dryer in our condo. I was on vacation and did not expect to do my own laundry for towels etc.

Please know that the home provides bath towels for each occupant but we recommend that our guests bring additional towels for pools, hot tubs, the beach, etc. We hope for your understanding and look forward to hosting you again soon!

In the past, our family has booked stays at hotels. That was fine when our sons were little. With them being as big as adults now , booking a condo at the Carolinian seemed like a better option. The place we stayed in was twice the size of a typical hotel room and had everything needed for cooking, cleaning, and privacy. The 17th floor balcony gave a great view of the ocean. The free breakfast buffet at Magnolia's at 26th was better than expected. They have friendly staff and good food. It is worth noting that the condo we stayed in did have some wear and tear. There was some paint peeling on the ceiling and the kitchen cabinets were a little beat up. Overall, the Carolinian Beach Resort is a great place to stay for families looking for clean budget friendly hotel rooms and condos. We would most definitely stay again.

Bait & Switch

Don't post a suite with a balcony and ocean view and pool/spa and then barricade it all when we arrive! Post in your booking that the balcony and pool will be under renovation and therefore inaccessible. Then I can decide for myself if having patio furniture in my face all week while the ocean view is forbidden would be worth it. Very dissatisfied with the deception. The room would be fine for the rate but having a locked door was very much aggitating.

Beautiful Condo

The kids and I loved the condo we rented! Oceanfront view breath taking of the ocean. We had the 17th floor and it was perfect! Good restaurants and loved the shopping!

We liked the location and appt. There’s a few items that need attention. 1.) 1 bar stood is very loose and needs tightening. 2.) bed mattress next to bathroom needs to be replaced and we were not sleeping well on it. 3.) bath tub is has mold in the caulk in the corner. 4.) reclining chair in the living room, is rubbing & scratching the floor. Many scratches on the floor when we arrived, some hardware under the chair needs attention. But, we liked the appt. very much! Thanks
