The house also has Association access to a secluded beach and is within easy walking distance of the Aquinnah shops and the Outermost Inn, as well as easy biking distance to Aquinnah’s South Shore beaches. Glorious sunsets, moonrises and the blink of the lighthouse add to the specialness of this unique and peaceful property.

Living spaces are all on one floor (there are steps to get up to the entrance), with three bedrooms (a king bedroom, guest room with two twins, and guest room with a twin/over full bunk bed) and one full bath, as well as a luxury outdoor shower.

The home was just completed in 2021, with an entire makeover/remodel and all new furnishings. There is a furnished outdoor deck, with a teak dining table that seats 10, and a lounge area to take in the views. As well as a fully stocked kitchen, new towels, washer/dryer, a/c, fire pit, and gas grill. The house intentionally does not have televisions but provides a wifi projector w/screenhere, as well as wireless internet for great streaming to your devices.
