* The house is conveniently located less than a mile away from the 105 freeway. The city offers lots of places to visit (restaurants, retail centers, mall, theater, parks, churches, schools, etc).

* You'll have private access to the entire pool house.
* The pool cleaner and gardener enter the backyard for routine maintenance during your stay.
