CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Unit 1409 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax and unwind in the open-concept living/dining space with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s plenty of room in the fully-appointed kitchen for whipping up frozen drinks, prepping meals and serving up snacks. Enjoy time together at the dining table or in the living room with a flat-screen TV and seating for all! Gather on the balcony and enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise or perhaps cocktails with the sunset is more your thing. Settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, en suite bathroom, and stackable washer/dryer for added convenience.

Stay close and book an evening cruise along the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! If shopping is more your thing, head out to Destin Commons, a 20-minute drive, for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
