"Sand Dollar"- Let's Vacation! - this bright and tastefully decorated lower level, street side, canal home offers a lovely canal view porch with swing and a quick & easy walk to the beach!
New additions in the 2021 renovations include new dishwasher, new stackable washer & dryer, new kitchen appliances and a new powder room half bath! The Cottages at Pier 35 evoke an era of coastal living of the past with its Cape Cod inspired shingled facade, generous lawn, sundeck pier - all with gentle ocean breezes and swaying palm trees. Enjoy the laid back lifestyle in this nicely appointed home offering a private deck and a lovely use in common yard features a canal side seating area for relaxing and breathing in the salt air. Enjoy crabbing or fishing on the canal and the convenience of a charcoal grill area overlooking the water. Inside this street side, lower level unit you will find light and airy interior decor and finishes with hardwood style flooring throughout. In the main living area you will find a comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing.
