During the summer months, the A/C is typically set to 72 degrees to keep the home comfortable. Setting the thermostat lower can actually cause the unit to freeze up, which might explain some of the uneven cooling you experienced. It usually takes 12-24 hours for the unit to fully cool the cottage on check-in day, so keeping doors and windows closed really helps maintain the temperature. Regarding the pans, we apologize for the inconvenience of not having the sizes you needed. The home does provide basic pans for cooking, but we understand how having the right cookware can make a big difference.
