Stay where you play in this premier slopeside condo! No need to rush to the mountain in the morning when you stay at this gorgeously updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo barely 100 yards to First Time, Eagle, and Three Kings lifts at the base of Park City resort. The unit is nestled in the trees, and has lots of great amenities-locker room for ski storage, 2 heated pools, gym, underground parking, boot/glove dryer in unit, washer/dryer, full kitchen, heated floors & blackout shades. Amazing access to the ski resort in the winter and hiking & biking trails the rest of the year.
Gorgeously renovated with a modern, inviting design. This unit is flooded with amazing natural light! Heated floors keep the space cozy & quiet.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, closet, dresser, desk & chair for working, blackout shades, en-suite bathroom with tub, and two big windows looking out through the trees at the base of Park City ski resort.
The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, closet, blackout shades, en-suite bathroom with spacious euroglass shower, and large window looking out into the trees.
Relax in the evening after a busy day recreating in front of the gas fireplace or watching the 65" television. Living room has comfortable pull out queen couch. Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals at home. There is a small deck looking through the trees at Park City Resort.
Amenities on the property include a locker room where you can leave your skis, two heated pools that are open during the winter & summer seasons, shared gym on property, and tennis courts (open in the summer). There is no AC.
**A parking pass for one parking space is provided. Additional vehicles can not be parked on site**

This condo was as advertised and even more. It’s a beautiful condo that you feel the owner’s attention to details and with the renters experience in mind. We’re looking forward to coming back and would recommend this to anyone looking for a 5 star rental!

Katy was a fantastic communicator. The unit is terrific. Great location, clean and nicely appointed. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s, but I’ve never stayed at one as well stocked as this one. Everything about this place was great!

Spring break trip

My family of 4 had a great spring break week at Katy’s condo! Check in was a breeze. We did have a small issue with the in-unit washer/dryer midway through our stay but Katy was extremely efficient in coming over and fixing it ASAP. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking necessities and even had kids plates/cups. We would definitely stay here again for another family ski trip!!

Beautiful condo—perfectly located next to a run. All we had to do was walk down a short sidewalk, strap on the skis and ski down to the lift. Best place to stay at PC! Owners were awesome and we have never had better communication! Thanks so much—we will be back!!

Excellent experience & property as described

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this ski in/out property. Everything was as described and was in good working order. It was our first time in Park City and proximity to the easy lifts was perfect for our young skiers/snowboarders. The ski school at Park City mountain is no joke! Very impressive.

Beautiful spot right on the slopes!

We really loved this property. Nicely decorated and very modern design. Katy was very pro-active in communication and readily available to respond. This unit comfortably slept our family of 5 and was a perfect place to relax at the end of a day of skiing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to ski at Park City!

Slopeside Condo

This condo is in a perfect location. It's walking distance to the First Time Lift at the base of the Park City Mountain ski resort. It has beautiful views out every window. It is a short drive to lots of great restaurants, stores and downtown. The condo is beautifully updated and well stocked with everything you need for a great getaway. Kathy was wonderful to work with and I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for 2 negatives. The first was that with a family of 4 the last person to shower each day got a cold shower. The second was that we could hear every move the people in the condo above us made the entire week. There wasn't anything the owner could do, as it pertains to the construction of the building, however it prevented us from getting a good nights sleep the entire trip.

Awesome Stay!

If you are looking for ski in ski out without being in the middle of the village, this place is perfect! A short walk out the door to the slopes and right next to PC Mountain Village. Katy was incredible at communication, the place is exactly as shown & described, perfect for our family of 4, open floor plan & really well done on the little things. Many VRBO rentals skimp on the small things, like soap, little necessities in the kitchen, & toilet paper, but this was fully ready, including a little bowl of some granola bars/snacks, soap/shampoo in bathrooms. Everything was spotless & plenty of towels, etc. Highly recommend it!

Perfect stay in Party City

The property owned by Katy and Erich was perfect. The accommodation was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The owners are very easy to work with. The view off the balcony was secluded (in the summer) and the balcony easily held 4 people. Hiking up the mountain was a few feet away. The farmers market was close. Large hot tub/spa down the stairs or elevator. Covered parking.

Perfect Park City Ski Condo

Katy was an amazing host starting before check-in and through the end of our stay. The condo is walking distance to the lifts and lodge area. The inside of the condo is pristine as it is brand new and the complex has everything one could want in a skiers retreat. Excellent trip all around!

This is a wonderful property in a great location. Very convenient ski in and out condo. The unit is well designed, updated, nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything is new and clean. Katy, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. We requested a few extra items for the house and she delivered right away. She gave us a late check out. Could not ask for anything more.

You won’t be disappointed!

We’ve rented many ski-ins/outs over the years and this was by far our favorite. Location is great for ski-in/out; short walk to the base for rentals. Condo has been updated and I can confidently say it is the nicest place we’ve stayed in. Large bedrooms, closets, dressers, bathrooms. Boot/glove dryers, washer/dryer in unit, full stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds/bedding and pullout sofa. Clean and contemporary. Everything exceeded our expectations. Katy was quick to respond to any questions and was helpful with travel suggestions when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular unit with very nice touches. Great wooded views, easy access to slopes, heated pool (basically hot tub), friendly staff. Top notch kitchen, excellent lighting with dimmers all around, fully remodeled with beautiful bathrooms. Comfortable beds with foam mattresses and heated floors. Highly recommended.

Absolutely awesome place. Less than 100 yard walk to ski slopes. Condo fully stocked and very spacious. Katy very helpful with local suggestions. Close to bus line. Condo itself very new. Outdoor pool is more like over sized jacuzzi. Constantly heated. Would definitely stay again

I moved to Park City in 1996 to spend a winter after college and have never managed to leave. I love the mountain life, with incredibly easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, and trail running almost from my front door.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The second we saw this condo, we loved it (though it needed a complete overhaul!). I loved how close it is to Park City base, how near it is to everything in town while still looking out the windows into the trees. The layout is perfect for a small family or couples looking for a mountain getaway.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is the closest condo complex to Eagle, First Time, and Three Kings ski lifts; about an 80 yard walk to the slopes! In the summer, Park City's renowned mountain biking starts right outside the door.
