Nous avons WI FI gratuit et nous accueillons une famille PET-

Notre Chalet possĂšde de hauts plafonds, un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et une grande terrasse qui donne Ă  notre Âœ acre cour arriĂšre et un petit Ă©tang. (L'Ă©tang est pas un Ă©tang de baignade) Parfois, vous pourriez avoir de la chance et de voir un cerf assoiffĂ© qui a cessĂ© de boire de l'Ă©tang. Nous sommes Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du lac Echo. Mon endroit prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© de l'Ă©tĂ©!

À l’automne et en Ă©tĂ©, nous avons un foyer extĂ©rieur entourĂ© d’un grand bac Ă  sable avec des chaises de repos adirondack qui rendent les soirĂ©es Ă  l’extĂ©rieur encore plus amusantes.

De plus, nous avons une balançoire avec toboggan, un trampoline et un bac à sable pour occuper les enfants! Nous avons également un NOUVEAU club pour enfants accessible par une rampe de bateau et doté d'un toboggan pour descendre. Sous la maison, il y a un bac à sable 5x6 avec des jouets. Cela garde les enfants occupés pendant des heures et vous pouvez les regarder jouer depuis le pont.
De plus, nous fournissons un espace pour enfants dans la maison avec des livres, des jouets, des papas et une télévision.

Nous avons Ă©galement de nouvelles fosses Ă  fer Ă  cheval et fers Ă  cheval!

Nous sommes situés dans un quartier boisé au coeur des Montagnes Blanches, à seulement un mile du centre-ville de North Conway. Moins d'un demi-mile sur la route est Echo Lake, un beau petit lac avec une plage de baignade et un sauveteur en été, assis juste à la base de Whitehorse et Cathédrale Ledges.

Sur votre chemin en ville, vous passerez la riviÚre Saco populaire, un endroit idéal pour faire du kayak ou du tube sur une chaude journée d'été. Downtown North Conway a amusantes commerces et boutiques, restaurants, et la crÚme glacée. Il est également proche de la ville de Jackson, un autre grand endroit à visiter.

Notre maison peut accueillir 11-12 personnes. Nous avons 4 chambres plus une mezzanine. 2 chambres sont en bas. L'un d'eux est style loft à l'étage. (Un cÎté est ouvert) Il y a une échelle qui vous emmÚne jusqu'à la chambre en mezzanine.

White Mountains Family Trip

This was our first time to the area. The location was great! The chalet had a lot of space for a family of 7 with a toddler in tow. I think that for a space, it probably serves well for a winter trip.

Good location and home

We appreciated staying in a home so close to Echo lake and the center of North Conway. Tayna was very responsive throughout the entire process.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this home. Very cozy and comfortable. Great location. The downfall is the loft room it’s a little sketchy going up and down the ladder. My granddaughter did find a vap pen under the bunch bed, which I am sure was just overlooked. Really nice chalet.

Location

The house overall is good. Close to Diana Bath, Cathedral Ledge and downtown N. Conway. My only issue is, the downstairs bedroom doors have white mold on them. I contacted the host and got no reply. Actually tried to go elsewhere, but everything was booked.

June Mini Vacation

Great property both inside and out. Spacious inside with plenty of sleeping space. Well stocked kitchen in the event you want to eat in. Awesome outdoor space - playset is a plus if traveling with kids. Private and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to downtown, outlets, Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge hiking trails, etc... Would completely recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

North Conway Fun!

Location of this house was terrific...close to shops, restaurants and ski mountain. There was a slight glitch at check in due to the cold temps, but communication with the property manager was great. She was responsive and worked hard to figure out how to solve the issue. Thank goodness, everything worked out with the house after a few hours, and my family and I were able to enjoy our time at the North Conway house. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

A good overall value.

We rented in Feb 2017. The property has an open concept and a great loft for the kids. It has the charm and character as advertised; there is plenty of space, in a nice location and a reasonable price tag. The owner is a little delayed in responding to emails, but overall a good experience.

We really enjoyed this stay. 4 adults and a handful of kids ranging from 2-12. Plenty of space for all. 2 full bathrooms was amazing. It has the best cabin fell and vibes. The decor was adorable also. The kitchen had all the things we needed also. Only issue we had was the water pressure and the set up of the rooms was different from the pictures.. things that wouldn’t deter us from renting again. It’s off the main road and still 5 mins from the center. Definitely recommend

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, minutes to the center, about 10 minutes to StoryLand and a minutes drive to Echo Lake/Beach. Plenty of room for parking and a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was nice however the mosquitoes kept us inside, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the swings and fire pit, but not the owners fault. The layout worked well for our family with 2 bedrooms in the basement area and 2-3 on the second floor. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our large family as well. If you are looking for a family friendly location and floor plan this is really an ideal rental. Only complaint my family had was there isn’t CAC, only fans and it is dated in its decor but again, I think the location makes it worth it. Also, if you plan on going to the beach you MUST BUY a daily parking pass ONLINE or you cannot go. It wasn’t expensive but you will want to do that ahead of time.

Don’t be Misled
 Dirty, Not Msintained, Mold Smell, No Windows in Upper 3 Bedrooms, Disappointing!

I booked this place for a week in July and walked away it’s so bad. I invited my 4 siblings and spouses to join me for a weekend. It was so filthy, smelly, and lacking of kitchen equipment, and unsafe and was afraid to stay here. I ended up getting screwed by homeowners and only got a 43% refund. The description on VRBO is false. Here’s what you can expect: The place was dirty (kitchen and baths), 3 upper floor bedrooms have no windows so no ventilation is possible, the loft included in the sleeping space is by a ladder which is in a bedroom, sliding glass door in living room is broken and has been for a long time, grass in yard is so long the yard is not usable, the deck (which was dirty) only has 2 chairs and a small table, the bathroom shower has a green and white slimy looking chemical spill, freezer has a brown slime stuck on the surface, kitchen lights have a short circuit and strobe when turned on, kitchen light switch is cracked and pushed in, kitchen island countertop is unattached and moves when you lean on it, loft area has a 4’ tall pile of items. The upper bedrooms have 2 small skylights which open if you can reach 9’ but there are no screens so expect to get swarmed by mosquitoes and other insects if you climb up on something to access them. The owner kept saying there were box fans but they did not exist on site. Owner only provides 1 set of towels for each bathroom so it’s not equipped for the 12 people they say it sleeps. Don’t stay here!!!

Great location

If you need to be close the N. Conway, it's a perfect location. Echo lake was walking distance. Host was fast to reply. House was everything we needed. Keep on n mind that it's a ski chalet, so no ac. But it was clean, plenty space for 9 of us to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. No crazy clean list.

Big house plenty of space. Great weekend but a couple of things. The door can’t be opened fully and puts you in an awkward position especially loading stuff in. Strange! House was cute with a great location- super close to things and central to a lot! Kids loved the outdoor play area. Basement was wet and musty(2 bedroom down there). Upstairs bedrooms are hot. Loft ‘bedroom’ needs to have the right person to sleep there (must go thru another bedroom for access- not safe for children, ladder access only). Bedrooms are as follows: 1 queen upstairs, 1 double upstairs, queen in loft, 2 bunks basement, 1 double basement, tub shower in basement and standing shower upstair. Living, kitchen, dining area great open space to fit the whole family! House is 4 levels- basement, main living area, upstairs and loft.

In desperate need of upkeep, and should be checked for black mold.

Cons first: 1st floor is a lower level that is part basement. Everything was damp, the dehumidifier was overflowing and the hall carpet was soaking wet when we arrived. We had to continue to empty the dehumidifier for the whole week. There were no window fans, no AC, and no airflow on any of the floors. One of the sliders was taped up with black tape, and couldn’t be opened, and the rugs were full of stains. If my kids were little, I wouldn’t have let them play on the floor. The outside had cobwebs everywhere, unkempt piles of wood, and a broken cabinet to greet you when you first drive up. The outside lights were not working when we arrived. There is a junk pile under the deck, and very little outdoor seating on the deck or at the fire pit. The bath mat for the upstairs bathroom was sopping wet upon arrival, making us wonder if it had even been washed after the previous guests. This house has so much potential, but feels neglected. Definitely think the owner should be up front about the condition of the house, which would have at least given us an idea what to actually expect. The pros: the house has so much potential. Some TLC would make this place stunning. It has a well stocked kitchen, and TV, and is near everything you come to the white mountains for.

We had a great stay and we were happy that we could bring our dog on vacation with us! Chilly the first night so we were able to use indoor wood stove. Kitchen well equipped. Great location to everything the valley has to offer.

Perfect in every way!

Our stay was perfect, the property worked out great. Everything you can imagine is Just a quick four minute ride away. It really was a wonderful place, Would highly recommend to anyone who’s going somewhere I need the accommodation for people. It was very cozy, and had everything we needed.

Great location

This is a cute house located just outside of town in a nice quiet wooded area and big yard. While not updated in a while, it had everything we needed. I would recommend updating the pictures of the bedrooms as they do not match up with the actual bedroom layouts. We hope to enjoy this house again in the future!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are walking distance to Echo lake, 5 minutes from Cranmore mountain, 10 min to attitash and 15 min to wildcat. There are hiking trails galore all around us. We are minutes from downtown and outlets and TONS of things for kids to be entertained with while adults RELAX! We have a swing set and trampoline, plus sand box for kids while adults relax around the fire pit. Large club house( 5 ft by 6 Ft) for the kids with a boat ramp, rock wall and slide!
