This cozy 2 bedroom 2 full bath cottage is half of our A Lazy River Day and Night duplex. You will feel right at home the minute you walk in! The home is open and airy and it welcomes you to relax on the comfy new sofa and love seat. Here you can check the boating forecast on your cable TV or face time with your loved ones using the high speed wireless internet. A Roku is included for your entertainment as well as a Nintendo Switch for game nights. There are some fun board games as well.

The kitchen has been just outfitted with brand new stainless steal appliances as well as cooking and baking ware to help out on those meals you may prepare inside. New white cabinetry and Granite counters and new food pantry complete the workable kitchen. We keep oils and spices for your amazing meals! Outside we have outdoor couches to rest while cooking the latest catch on the propane grill. Or swim in the heated pool while keeping half an eye on the steak sizzling on the barby.

Start your day off right by having that first cup of coffee on your private balcony facing the sun rise. We have both drip coffee maker and a keurig that will rival most brewers.

If you'd like to dine out, take a leisurely bike ride to breakfast at Ginny and Jane's or enjoy lunch on the sand at The Sand Bar Restaurant. We provide several new bikes for you to use. You may choose to hop on the Free Island Trolley to venture around the island. Check out shopping on Pine Ave or historic Bridge Street. One of the favorite places to spend your day is on the beach with its powdery sand and water several shades of blue. Our 81st beach entrance is for residents and guests so there is no public parking and remains a quiet place to enter into the Gulf. Great for a quick walk to experience our island sunsets.
Several beach entrances offer some parking for golf carts and cars.
We have coolers, beach chairs, and beach wagons for your ease of transporting cool drinks and some snacks. After your return from the beach, rinse off in our outdoor shower with hot and cold water and take a dip in the heated pool. The soothing sound of the fountain might help ease all your cares today!
When it's time for bed, rest assured your new beds with cooling mattresses will ease you into dreamland and have you rested and ready to do it all again. You may not want to leave here.

This home is great for long term stays. Located in a residential area it is quiet and offers sidewalks and marina's which are great to walk or ride along. Take in the fresh air and stop by the canal across the street heading south, to look for mullets, cat fish, snook and the occassional manatee! Neighbors here are friendly and love to offer their advise on places to eat or to visit that only locals would know.

We want you to enjoy your stay. Our flip flops on the ground team, Goose and Gander are minutes away and are there to answer any questions, take care of any concerns, and recommend things to do and how best to do it.
