We booked this home for just one night at the last minute so we could spend an extra day with friends, and it worked out perfectly. The house was comfortable, clean, and in a great location near everything we wanted to do in Seacrest Beach. We especially enjoyed having the bikes and scooter available—they made getting around the area easy and fun. The bed was very comfortable, and John was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. We would gladly stay here again.

We had an amazing trip to Rosemary Beach for my friend’s bachelorette! House is very spacious and there was enough room for our party of 7. Any issues were handled very professionally and promptly. Communication with the host was very efficient. The house had majority of things that you would need to enjoy a weekend getaway at the beach. The neighborhood was a very short walk to both downtown Rosemary and Alys. Perfect location! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The property was immaculate. I only wish the instructions for obtaining the parking pass and bracelets were included in the initial communication regarding check-in. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect family getaway

Very clean and spacious. Wonderful location. Easy and scenic stroll to the main drag and pool. Driving in and out of Rosemary Beach a breeze. Would highly recommend. We look forward to returning on a regular basis.

Beautiful area

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosemary Beach. The community is definitely designed to slow down and spend time with love ones. Easy to bike everywhere. Beach access was great. Our rental was clean and equipped with everything you would need.

Labor Day Getaway

Had a great time over Labor day weekend. Appreciated the Bikes being available. Nice location and very clean. Communication with the Property Manager/ Owner was exceptional.

Beautiful home in an amazing location!

My daughters and I (and 2 year old grandson!) had a marvelous weekend visiting 30A! It was our first time there and we were enchanted! Everything was so beautiful, starting with this gorgeous home! Everything we could want or need was provided and it was so clean and beautiful. We loved being able to walk to tons of shops and restaurants and the neighborhood that it is located in is so charming!! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!!!

The house was very charming and clean. So much space and would comfortably fit a large family. The main living space was spacious and beautiful open concept kitchen which was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our home cooked meals. There were flat screen tvs in all the bedrooms and a huge deck off the master perfect for watching the sunset while reading a good book or enjoying a glass of wine. The neighborhood was very quiet and offered access to a huge community pool area and beach access across the street. Loved being able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary beach. I would highly recommend this home. Our host was great at corresponding promptly and very accommodating.

Great spot in Seacrest

Our family and another family stayed here for Spring break. House was perfect size with 4 bedrooms. Master bed was super comfy. Kitchen was equipped for all necessities to cook in. Nice patio and grill area to hang out with a glass of wine. Front porch swing was awesome too! House is right at a tram pick up so easy to get to beach with that transport. Keyless entry is nice so you don’t have to keep up with key.

Amazing location and plenty of space for us! Trams take you to the beach and the shops are a short walk. We didn’t have to worry about driving anywhere! Check out instructions were short and sweet which was also very appreciated.

Great house for our beach vacation - 4 adults, 4 kids. The property worked perfectly for our trip: stocked with essentials games for the kids! Easy to get around the property by foot or tram. Quick walk to Rosemary Beach’s downtown. We had a small issue and it was resolved immediately!

Wedding weekend

In town for a family wedding at the town hall at Rosemary and this location was perfect! Easy walk to the wedding venue and easy access to places to eat and the Seacrest beach access. Would definitely consider staying again when we have a week to get away
