A cute tiny house with great decor and all the amenities we needed...comfortable king bed. Very well lit and modern...really enjoyed the peace and quiet...5 minutes from monarch ski
This was a beautiful little hole in the wall tiny cabins for me and my wife stayed for two nights in three days. We absolutely loved it. We will definitely be coming back.
This was the perfect location for the two of us to enjoy all all the area has to offer! It was so close to Monarch to enjoy a fantastic weekend of skiing! It was very clean and everything was so cute and new! We will be back for sure!
This is wonderful spot, cozy, with everything you need for a quite weekend. If you're a hiker or biker there is a ton to do. We'll definitely come back!
This tiny cabin was absolutely perfect for my husband and pur furbaby and I. After 3 night of roughing it on top of a mountain camping, we absolutely enjoyed all the wonderful amenities. Everything was so clean and cute! Highly recomend!!
My sister and I lived staying in this little cabin. We appreciated the ability to bring her dog with us. It's the perfect cabin for 1 or 2 people. Great amenities and use of the space. It's close to Monarch pass, Salida, and Mt. Princeton. We visited all of those places with ease. Thank you!
This little cabin was wonderful. For as small as it is, itâs well planned out for everything you need. Cozy and beautiful views. Highway can be noisy which was listed on the description, but with white noice maker it was not noticeable. Itâs very close to monarch crest trail parking lot and also only 15 min to Salida. Great location and easy check in.
This place has everything you need! Itâs little but uses space very efficiently. It seems brand new. The only downside is itâs right next to the highway. You canât hear any traffic from inside the cabin, thankfully, but it would have nice to sit outside the place without hearing it.
Very thoughtfully laid out and furnished home. It had everything we could have wanted for a Monarch ski weekend.
We used the smart tv to watch nfl playoff games and didnât have Wi-Fi issues. Also was surprised not to notice any road noise given proximity to main road. Easy access to Monarch ski area, Salida and nearby hiking.
Would stay again!
Cabin is small, but very cool. It has everything you need.
Negatives:
-VERY close to the highway, some road noise from big trucks.
-you have to hand wash all dishes at check out (no dish washer and why am I paying a cleaning charge?)
-you are supposed to take all trash to a locked dumpster about 200 yards up the road, but they must have changed the lock because the combination does not work.
The accommodations at this tiny cabin were perfect for two senior citizens seeking a getaway from the city. Hiking in the forested area was pleasant and scenic.
We came back to Colorado for the second time for my boyfriends birthday and we loved this cabin! It was the perfect size, location, & everything for our stay. Getting to the cabin was not as difficult as we expected! We would recommend it to anyone wanting to hike and explore the surrounding areas of CO, itâs so beautiful.
My wife and I were looking for a place in the Buena Vista/Saldia area so that we could climb Mount Shavano. This place was in the perfect proximity to everything and was beautiful. The internet connection is a bit spotty (which they mentioned) and try and get to the place before sundown because it can be a bit hard to find. We would definitely stay here again!
Was a good stay! Small yet cozy cabin. Would possibly stay here again if needed in this area!
Needed to buy a fan to be able to sleep because they didnât have one for us to use, and airflow in the cabin isnât good.
Also, there is a bit of road noise from the highway, yet still a lovely sound from the river below!
Close to mountain trails/fishing and Salida isnât far which was convenient for us!
That being said, property manager doesnât respond in timely manner, didnât send the info for the property until just a couple of hours away after us not being able to find an address etc; while there we requested a fan and they werenât able to help, very hard to get ahold of and no response for awhile.
