3000+ sq ft 4-bedroom 3.5 bathroom modern home on five levels. Everything is new, beautiful, and waiting for you.
1-minute walk to blue line station at Chicago Ave, + buses everywhere. Located in a great neighborhood - RiverWest. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue, the blue line, & great restaurants nearby. Fulton Market / West Randolph St. 10 minute walk.

Home has amenities of million dollar property. 5-floors of luxury. Privacy & Security. Gourmet kitchen 4-bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Can comfortably sleep 12/14. We recently added a new sleeper sofas for added flexibility for our guests.

Perfect stay

Located in a nice part of town. Right next to the highway but you can barely hear any street noise from inside. Comfy beds, easy communication with owner. Located near a couple nice bars and restaurants that are walkable and the blue line is also really close. Plan on staying here again in the future!

Daughter’s wedding

We and our five adult children stayed at this VRBO. It was perfect! Lots of room, lots of spaces and everything we needed. It is very, very clean. Communication with the host was exceptional. Any concerns we could let them know or they can let us know immediately. I highly recommend and I would stay there again!

Comfortable house and a great location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic vrbo with a large group of friends, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location was simply perfect—just a short ride from downtown and with excellent nearby restaurants. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with ample room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms offered plenty of privacy and the beds were super comfy. One slight issue to be aware of is that the bottom room has no door, but once everyone has turned in, it's plenty quiet. Also, be sure to bring your sleep mask if in the master or the top floor. The host was wonderfully accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed and being readily available for any questions. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Overall, this vrbo was an excellent choice for our group getaway, and it will be the top choice if we return to Chicago.

Our friends had a wonderful stay! The townhome was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The hosts were very responsive to any of my questions which was very appreciated. The location was great for quick rides to neighborhoods like West Loop & River North. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Delightful stay in the Windy City

Our family spent three days in Chicago and stayed at this lovely home. It couldn’t have been better. The layout of the home is lovely with plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable, the house is well appointed and very clean. The weather turned out to be rainy so we were able to spend some good family time together in the home watching football games. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

Graduation

My family of 9 stayed at this wonderful property for a college graduation. Everything about the experience with this property was outstanding. The quick response time and customer service were amazing from the beginning - even before booking the property. The fresh flowers and bottle of wine upon arrival were a nice touch. Cary and Valerie also noticed we had a toddler on the guest list and went the extra mile to have a high chair waiting for us. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations to accommodate our large family. They also accommodated two parking permits for our rental cars which was invaluable. The property and location were perfect and I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stay!

Great roof top deck and walkable to West Loop

Very modern and extremely clean, great location. Great communication with property manger. Would stay again. Minor drawback is the top floor was warm and the bottom floor was freezing cold, you have to call the manger to get the thermostat changed. Also, the refrigerator did not have a working water line so there was no ice for our drinks. Luckily the market across the street had bags of ice. The railing end cap on the deck had some bees flying in it so possibly a nest brewing. Otherwise we loved it and would recommend it! We arrived to a nice bouquet of flowers which was a nice personal touch.

There were 6-8 of us staying for a wedding. The house was as listed - very spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful deck and garage. The steam shower in the master bath was a big hit! We were a short uber/lyft ride to all Chicago has to offer.

Great host

This townhouse was perfect for our short trip to Chicago for a wedding. It’s beautiful and well equipped, with a great coffee shop right around the corner! We were able to walk to Navy Pier! The host was friendly and helpful. He shared a list of great restaurants nearby, too. We would highly recommend this rental.

Weekend in the chicago

Overall great place to stay, plenty of room for 8 adults. Well equipped. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Close to downtown and has restaurants in walking distance. Only issue we had was with the master bath toilet not working properly. Response from the agent was quick. Would stay here again.

Amazing Home/Host

We needed a larger home to accommodate our kids and their significant others who flew in from all over the country for our daughters wedding. The place was PERFECT. Clean, beautifully appointed and in close proximity to the event venue. The host is amazing and didn’t miss a detail. We had an a/c issue the first night and he made sure to get someone out there that night. The tech arrived at 9:45 pm - which meant the host paid overtime rates to be sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this home / this host!

Fantastic home & hosts, perfect for our family of 5.

The home is cozy, modern and clean. Prior to our actual stay, we were a bit concerned with potential noise from the proximity of the highway, but that didn't even register during our visit, even with windows open for fresh air. The home has great spaces, is very functional and was friendly to our kids ranging in age between 3yo - 8yo. The home is stocked well, the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the overall atmosphere of the home was great. It's location was superb, in that it was very central and easy to get to various parts of town, with multiple options depending on traffic conditions. Our exchanges with the hosts was easy and friendly; they were very accommodating to various needs and questions. We will definitely come back next time we visit Chicago. Thank you for a great home stay.

Business Trip, Perfect Location

We stayed at the property for a trade show, it is a nice distance from downtown to get away from the very busy areas, but close enough to still enjoy the city and get around easily! Carey was great to work with and the entire experience was great, from the cleanliness to the layout of the house, all were exactly as described and pictured!

Great Stay in Chicago

We were in town for my daughter's wedding. The space accomodated all of us, and some small gatherings with the wedding party and family. It was incredibly clean, and communication with Cary and Valerie exceptional. They checked on us often, and responded to any needs or questions we had. We had a lot of events, so did little cooking there, though the kitchen is well appointed. We were in town a week early, and found the property really nice to relax in as well. The property has fun artwork. The patio view is wonderful. We closed each day with a drink and sharing the beautiful Chicago views. It was HOT and the townhome has supplemental AC in upper bedrooms that really added to everyone's comfort. Highly recommend this property!

Convenient, well-appointed and so comfortable!

We were in town for three nights with family members for our son’s graduation. The townhouse was the perfect location for us! It had plenty of room and was so comfortable for our family. The kitchen is well-appointed and the beds and bathrooms were nicely done. The place is super clean with nice amenities. The location offers parking for a car, which is hard to find in Chicago. The property owner/host was super responsive and accommodating. Funny and helpful, too! We loved it and feel super comfortable recommending this property.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL stay

I cannot say enough good things about this property - it was truly amazing. The space itself is immaculate, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and it was stocked with everything you could ever want! The hosts were incredibly helpful and even brought over additional parking passes when we needed them. I would recommend this property to anyone having a large group!

This townhome was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 1 infant. We enjoyed the stylish decor, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and location to the “L” for easy access to downtown and O’Hare. The Management team was responsive and helpful with recommendations! Will stay again, thank you!

Close to transit, bars/restaurants, & great property!

We loved our stay in this property ! It is very close to the CTA blue line - so it was extremely convenient to friends coming in from O’Hare. We had plenty of space to relax and the rooms and common areas are extremely nice. The location was close to bars and restaurants and convenient to get to other neighborhoods, too. The host was very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend it for a visit to or staycation in Chicago!
