1BA/1.5 BA condo 1 block from the beach. Pool located behind our building. Condo includes full kitchen, queen sized bed in bedroom and queen air mattress to be used in living room for extra guests. Charging station with lightning, micro USB and USB-C plugs. Laundry room with washer and dryer included, as well as all linens. Hear the ocean from the front balcony and walk to the pier for fishing, food and fun. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided for your use. Unit is the first floor above ground level parking.

Great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I, and we loved that we could bring our dog along! It's in a great, quiet location, but still close to everything. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to many places and very short walk to the beach. If you plan to stay here, check out Northend Mini Mart/Cafe. Their breakfast was so good and short drive from the condo. I would recommend this place.

Always a great time at Carolina beach! The place is great. Close to the beach which is a bonus! Great contact with the owner. That was our 2nd stay there and definitely will be back. Thank you again!

Cleaning process

If your gonna invite the families furry friends to stay, please flea treat in between renters with animals. My dogs were infested with fleas by the time we were ready to leave. Had to go to vet in town to start flea treatment. My animals had been bathe, groomed and were flea free when we got there. It was terrible and quite expensive to treat them. We've never had a problem ever before..we try to treat our property we rent like our own home. I would not recommend this rental if your bring your family pet

Much needed vacation :)

The Hostess Angela was excellent. The condo was very clean and just as described. Super close to everything. This condo is located in area to have peaceful walks anytime of the day. Just steps from the beach and the close to the pier. We highly recommend this place and to work with Angela as a hostess. We will definitely go back.

Great Beach Access, Disappointing Condo

The location is perfect for beach access. This condo is in great need of renovation. The popcorn ceiling is falling down and the smell of the water is really hard to overcome. We used bottled water to brush our teeth. Walls and baseboards need to be cleaned/painted. I found sand on the mattress cover when I was putting sheets on the bed and the mattress needs to be replaced. We sank to the middle of it.

Excellent beach location

I stayed here last year and loved it, I decided to make it a yearly visit. The condo is cute and cozy, very close to the beach. The host is amazing and I love that I can bring my pups without it costing a fortune. Highly recommend!!

Accommodating and comfortable

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Great beach access and so close to the Tiki Bar on the pier! Worked with us when our plans needed changing and were prompt and helpful with their responses.

Perfect Couple Getaway

My husband and I desperately needed a break. We decided a beach trip would suffice, and the location, cleanliness, helpfulness/ responsiveness we received from this place was all around great. A plus was that our fur babies got to vacay the weekend away with us!

Beach getaway wknd

I chose this property because of its close proximity to the beach and allowed dogs. The property is as described, it's cute and cozy. Plenty of parking for guests. Super easy to walk around the area, to the pier or on the beach- which is literally half a block away. The host is very nice and amazing to work with. I really enjoyed my weekend but as always it was too short! I would definitely stay here again!!

Fun, pet-friendly beach rental

The property was as advertised, excellent location, great value, well-furnished. Our only issue was that the dryer did not dry well - it may have something to do with a missing lint trap? I think the hose may be clogged. We ended up having to dry certain things outside. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend.
