The space
This home was originally built in 1920 and still retains much of it's vintage charm! The location makes it a breeze to get downtown or to one of the other cultural districts for nightlife and activities. This space and location is ideal for families or groups of friends who are coming into town to explore the city or go to an event. The home accommodates 6 comfortably. There are enough beds and air mattresses to sleep 9 at the maximum, for groups looking for an economic choice, but please note that there is only one full bathroom (and one half bathroom) and the living areas are setup for smaller groups.

Guests are able to access the main floor, which consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, main floor bathroom/laundry room, as well as the upstairs which consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The basement is off-limits for guests.
