Latitude Adjustment PCB Amazing Beach View house with Private Pool

"Latitude Adjustment" is a spacious 3-level house in a perfect location to local attractions and just a few steps to the beach. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and is accommodating enough to sleep up to 16 guests! Enjoy the walkout balconies, private pool and lounge deck area each day and night while taking in views from every direction! Choose from the top look out of the crystal blue Gulf of Mexico or spin around and enjoy the golf course view behind you.

As you enter Latitude Adjustment luxury vacation home, you will notice a bright open floor plan. The first floor living area has plenty of comfy seating (including sleeper sofa), a large flat screen TV, and an electronic fireplace. This area opens to the fully equipped kitchen with a natural gas cook-top stove, stainless-steel appliances and features a custom water filtration system throughout the home. The dining area is very well lit and seats 8 guests with 6 additional stools at the kitchen/bar area. Down the hallway is a King bedroom with flat screen TV and a view of the large private pool area. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a spacious washer/dryer laundry area on this floor. The back door will lead straight onto the large pool deck and lounge area. This beautiful home is equipped with a Culligan water softner and a water filtration system throughout house.

Head up to the second level and you will find an additional living area, three bedrooms, and three more bathrooms. The second living area has seating (including a sleeper sofa), a large flat screen TV, and a twin over twin bunk nook. Just off this area is access to the second-floor balcony where you can catch beautiful scenic views of Panama City Beach. To the right is the king bedroom with balcony and a full private bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the opposite side that feature a full over queen bunk bed, each room sleeping up to 4 guests. These rooms share the spacious hall bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. There is also a single vanity / walk-in shower at the top of the stairs.

On the third floor and you will see a wide-open entertainment area with amazing views. Chill out on two couches (one being a sleeper sofa) with two large flat screen TV's, and a mini-bar area…perfect for the group to gather. There are terraces on opposite ends where you can catch a glimpse of the pool area and golf course or the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Lots of room to roam

Large home nice pool. The house has nearly everything you need feed a crew, utensils, pots pans etc. The gulf is just across the street. Close to restaurants.

Girls Week in PCB

This was our second stay at Latitude Adjustment/PCB, and we had a blast! The house is spacious, great comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you might need, and the pool and hot tub were amazing after a day the beach! Mitch and team were so responsive to our needs/request going out of their way to make our stay the best yet! Highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals and will be stay with them again next year!

Amesome Beach House!!

To summarize in one word the Latitude Adjustment beach house is awesome. Our normal beach rental was cancelled by the owners less then 2 month prior to our beach vacation. Talk about panic, well Warren Beach Rentals offered us this house saying that it was comparable to the house we normally rented and that it would hopefully work for us. After the week I think this will be our new vacation beach house. It is a beautiful house, very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has just about every pan, tray, utensil, pot, and gadget you could ever want. The four bedrooms are very nice with lots of dresser and closet space. One closet worked perfectly for an inflatable bed for the two year old. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for the 6 adults and 4 kind under the age of 6. Family room is spacious and very comfortable.The third floor has a gorgeous view and it is almost like two small family or play rooms for the kids. We used it for kid "quiet time". The beach access is directly across the street and so convenient if you forget something or just want to go for a night walk on the beach or walk down to Pineapple Willies for a drink or a meal. Having the private pool is a plus and it is such a great pool with a hot tub. The house has a full washer and dryer. The layout of the house worked great for us, grandparents downstairs and kids young and old upstairs. It is on a dead end street so traffic is non existent. Can't say enough good things about Latitude Adjustment PCB. We were so happy with all aspects of this house and will return. It was simply perfect. Highly recommend!!

It was perfect! We would totally come back, location is a PLUS! We enjoyed fireworks from the balcon

During our visit weather wasn’t out friend, but it didn’t matter as the house is perfect and complete! We were still able to enjoy and relax in the Pool!! Location and privacy is perfect! All beds very comfortable ! I am ready to book for next 4th of July!

Perfect for our family

This house was more than the pictures show. Very quiet "little bubble" we called it. Very little street traffic or pedestrian traffic. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We drove our gold cart everywhere. The pool saved us since we had red flags most of the week. Kitchen very well stocked. Very easy beach access in just a couple of minutes. We would stay again.

Great stay

Great house only steps across quiet street from the beach in great location with other beach houses. Quiet area of the beach. Walmart 3 mins away. Wonderful private pool. Great balconies. Comfortable bars and furniture. 10’ ceilings and ceiling fans. Lots of room to spread out. Be sure to bring own toiletries, toilet paper and beach towels. Bring shower towels if you require more than one.

Great House - Great Location !

The house was amazing and the huge pool was awesome! The house and location could not have been any better. Being across the street from the beach was perfect and we had a great view. I think we actually enjoyed the pool even more than the beach. We had a small maintenance request and Warren Beach rentals sent someone out within hours. I would definitely rent this house again or any property with Warren. Fantastic vacation.

Gorgeous house within a very short walk to the beach

Our week at Latitude Adjustment was everything we expected, the location was amazing and on a quite street. The house was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed to make our stay great. The back yard was large and the pool was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures and was comfortable enough for our large group. If your looking for a beautiful beach house within a very short distance to the beach (even closer than a walk from a condo) then I'd definitely recommend this gorgeous property.

Family vacation

The home was beautiful and had a perfect location for our family. We did not use the 3rd floor (our grandbabies are all under 5 yrs old), but would be perfect for a family with teens. I would suggest more towels, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, and a dust pan. The laundry area with drying rack was a big help. I would highly recommend this home for a large family vacation. The beach was a shorter walk than most oceanfront condos we have stayed in. Also, the beach had hardly anyone on it, as there are only private homes and no large condo building close by. Beach Blvd is a dead end street, so traffic was low and even though there is direct beach access, there is no parking for anyone other than the renters.

Girls Getaway

If there were more than 5 Stars this house would receive it. From the host being very accommodating and responsive to the house being well stocked and decorated very tastefully. The hot tub was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee and the pool in the evenings after the beach all day. We were hesitant about not being beach front but did not miss it one bit. We will be returning.

SPECTACULAR!!

WOW!! We rented this home for annual trip with friends and it did not disappoint. Incredibly clean, beautiful design and extremely comfortable. The location right across from beach access was prime and the gorgeous pool was so much fun. Loved grilling and staying in but also loved being able to walk to Pineapple Willys (sidewalk access the entire way). This is an easy 5 stars! Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect for group of friends or family!

We came down for my bachelorette party for the weekend & we were blown away at how beautiful this place was! Perfect location, short walk to the beach, and an awesome gated pool! The only complaint we had were that some kids tried to hop the pool fence on the side closest to the road.. we assume they thought no one was home because as soon as they seen us they hoped down and ran away. That's no reason to not stay at this beach house, just make sure you keep valuables kept inside at all times & vehicles locked.

Great location and home

We stayed in March. The property was in an excellent location, and the pool (heated 9a-9p) and beach were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for preparing meals at home. Pineapple Willy’s is a short walk down the beach. Overall, really happy with experience. The one thing I found a little surprising is that the floors were pretty dirty and could have used a mopping. It was just dust/dirt and wouldn’t prevent me from staying in the future, but with a 500 cleaning fee, I would think that would have been done.
