Great house and space and plenty of beds to sleep in and there were tooth brushes and soaps and hair products along with infant need and a heated light in the bathroom!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. There was enough room for Me, my 4 grown kids, and 4 grandkids to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood was nice and quite and we were close to stores.
Spencer checked on us and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We are not familiar with the Houston area, so feeling safe was my number one concern. Someone posted in the previous comments that the neighbor is dated. That is true, but we felt safe staying there with my husband and children. The home accommodated all of our needs and was plenty of room. Spencer checked in with us daily to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything.
The inside of house was very clean, nicely decorated, and we could definitely tell that Spencer, the Host, had put a lot of time, effort, and thought into making the property very user-friendly.
The inside of the house, and all interactions with the Host are absolutely 5-star. The challenge with the property is that it is in a older neighborhood, developed in the 1970's, that has both declined over time, and has not seen the regentrification happening in other older neighborhoods. Nevertheless, the house worked well for us, the neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and we all slept well! Great job, Spencer!
