We’ve stocked everything for beach days: cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, & toys. Feeling adventurous? Enjoy paddling the sound w/ our 2 stand-up paddleboards w/ PFDs. Keyless entry & garage access make arrival seamless.

This thoughtfully updated 2-bedroom townhouse is designed to make your beach vacation feel easy from the moment you arrive. Just a quick 2-block walk to the beach (and with sound access and a community pier right across from you) you’ll have the best of both worlds: ocean days and calm water adventures.

Inside, we prioritize comfort (especially sleep!). Both bedrooms feature king-sized Brooklyn Bedding mattresses with soft, cozy linens and blackout curtains on the windows—because great days start with great rest. Traveling with little ones? You’ll find two travel cribs ready to go. Need extra space? The den includes a comfortable queen pull-out sofa right next to a full bathroom, making it ideal for additional guests.

We’ve recently refreshed the entire space with new paint, furnishings, and appliances, creating a clean, calm, and welcoming environment. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and the outdoor gas grill makes dinner easy after a long day in the sun.

Beach days here are simple and stress-free—we provide a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach toys so you can skip the packing and get straight to relaxing. Feeling more adventurous? Take advantage of the two included paddleboards (with PFDs) and explore the sound just steps away. There's an outdoor shower and foot-washing station under the house stairs to make beach clean-off a breeze.

When you’re ready to unwind, enjoy the community pool or relax on the porch with peaceful sound views. Parking is easy with space in the driveway, garage, and additional overflow just steps away.

Whether you're here for laid-back beach days, family time, or a little adventure on the water, this space is set up to help you settle in, slow down, and enjoy.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This house was the perfect size for our family of three. Both beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to messages and even allowed us an early check in. We walked to the beach access easily each day from the house (extremely short walk). Definitely would book again!

Perfect for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay in Topsail! This was the perfect location! It was easy to get to the beach, great size pooln and the kids enjoyed catching shrimp and crabs off the dock. We also got to know some thw the neighborhoods. All of them were so kind! We would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. It was the perfect fit for our family of four - comfortable beds, enough space for everyone to relax, and a full-sized washer and dryer for all those beach towels! The location and amenities were truly perfect - our kids loved starting the day at the beach, switching over to the pool in the afternoon, and then looking for crabs off the fishing pier around sunset. Will definitely return!

Great place!

We had a great week at this cute beach house with our family of 4. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and great location to the beach. We loved the community pool too! Alex and Alexandra were excellent communicators and instantly wrote us when we had a few questions. Highly recommend and hope to go back again!

The house is in a really nice area. All the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would have liked more than one TV since there were 4 of us and would have liked to watched different things. But over all, it was a great stay.

The property owners were very helpful in the small issues we had. They also helped accommodate us for a longer stay after our stay lengthened for work Beautiful remodel of the property and location was excellent. You had intercoastal and ocean views within walking distance. Very comfortable king beds in the bedrooms. I will most definitely look this place up if I ever return to the area! The hosts are wonderful people, and more than willing to accommodate you!!

Beautiful safe area, great place, and close to the beach pool and pier.

Spacious, beautiful, close to everything. Home owners were very good with any questions or concerns and answered quickly. Walk to the beach is about two blocks. The wagon was kind of hard since there were so many steps to carry it up onto the beach. The pool was always warm and cozy (my kids were obsessed). 10/10 would come back!

Relaxing

Our stay was great! The only negative was the bbq grill - it was beyond just dirty. Obviously, previous guests left the grill in terrible condition. We notified the owners and they immediately apologized and stated that they will likely be replacing the grill this fall.

Can't say enough good things

This is probably one of the best beach rentals we've ever had. Super easy walk to the beach, super clean and nicely appointed, and such communicative hosts! I cannot tell you how nice it was that we didn't have to lug any beach stuff in our car - they provided chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a wagon, and it was just so wonderful to be able to save that space in the car. Our little kiddo had lots of fun playing with the house puzzles and games on our rainy day, and the kitchen had everything we needed to put together all our meals and snacks during our stay. This place is a winner through and through!

Family vacation

The owners are great! They were quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The grill was unable to be used, I messaged them and they had a new one delivered within 2 days! My daughter loved the pool and fishing pier! Easy walk to the beach! The beach wagon wheels are little rusty but was still able to use! It was a little difficult to get over the stairs at the beach access but we managed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is wanting a relaxing house with all the amenities!

Breezy Beach Getaway with the babies

We LOVED our off season beach trip. Alexandra was incredible with communication, always quick to respond and kept me informed even as I was arriving to the property with neighborhood updates. The home is beautiful. Clean, organized and comfortable. The atmosphere is calming, beachy and relaxing. There are plenty of beds, blankets, pillows and places to sit — all comfy! The place is truly kid friendly - a pack and play and a bassinet were there. There are not little trinkets and random beachy objects around that toddlers usually love to find and break - my two year old loved the toys upstairs and I enjoyed some quiet time while she played. I felt comfortable letting my 7 month old roll around the floor, knowing there wouldn’t be anything unsafe for her to chew on or break. Instructions for check in and check out were available via Vrbo but also on a home website. I’d definitley stay again, and would recommend to friends! Thanks for a great stay!

Consistency and comfort!

This is our second stay at Alex’s place in North Topsail! First and foremost Alex is an amazing communicator. She’s prompt, kind and so helpful. rThe property is so clean, exactly as pictured and perfect for a family of 4 like ours. We have two little kids (1 and 3) — it’s safe inside (nothing breakable) for kids, close to the beach (easy walk) and in a Safe neighborhood! Beds are comfy, blow up mattresses available for little ones and crib/bassinet options. Neighbors are friendly also. Our stay was because of a renovation and it was easy, kitchen well equipped and there are even some toys and books for kids! We would def stay again if We ever need a new days at the beach! Thanks for everything!

Very nice and conveniently located

We had a great stay at surf and sound townhouse. Loved the location and amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and restaurants and stores are no more then 15 minutes away. The place itself was beautiful, clean and cozy. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Beds were very comfortable, all pillows are on the firm side, so if you prefer softer pillow I suggest you pack one. There’s plenty of extra blankets and enough towels. Washer and dryer downstairs was very handy for all those wet fishing clothes and beach towels. Also very thankful for letting your guests use your beach cart and chairs! Overall wonderful experience!

Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. It’s very spacious. Beds were VERY comfortable! There is a sound machine in one of the rooms that came in handy for our son since we forgot his! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils and dishes. Only thing I felt was missing is plastic cups for kids. The one thing we were bummed about was the grill was not usable as it was covered with mold. But the owners intended to address that. It’s a quick walk to the beach and all the beach supplies were really helpful!! The pool area is great! Alex and Alexandra we quick to respond to any messages. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Topsail. You won’t regret it!!!

That means the beach is typically enjoyed by a smaller number of visitors, creating a more peaceful and relaxed experience. On the sound side, you’ll have access to a community pier—perfect for fishing, crabbing, spotting wildlife, or simply taking in the views. In warmer months, it’s a great place to launch paddleboards, and in cooler months, you can even collect oysters.

The community itself is quiet and well-kept, with a pool and a laid-back, family-friendly feel. At the same time, you’re just a quick 7-minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you might need during your stay.

What we love most is how easy it is to settle into a slower pace here—morning walks on the beach, afternoons on the water, and evenings enjoying the coastal air. It’s a setting that feels both relaxed and connected, and we hope you’ll love it as much as we do.

We’ve prioritized comfort in the details—both bedrooms feature king-sized Brooklyn Bedding mattresses with soft linens, blackout curtains for better sleep, and a layout that works well for families or small groups, with a queen pull-out in the den and a travel crib available for little ones. We also provide bed linens and bathroom towels, so you can pack lighter and feel at home from the moment you arrive. We have a grill and a fully-stocked kitchen. It's all for your ease and enjoyment!

We’ve also focused on removing the little stressors of a beach trip. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, toys, and a beach cart are all provided, along with two paddleboards for time on the sound. Parking is simple, access is easy, and the space is designed to feel clean, calm, and welcoming.

Beyond the home itself, guests love the easy access to the community pool, the short walk to a quieter stretch of beach, and time spent on the sound-side pier. It’s a combination that’s hard to find and adds to the overall ease of the stay.
