OCEAN - SON - PISCINE - SOLEIL ... de quoi avez-vous besoin pour passer de superbes vacances ou une escapade?
Bienvenue chez 'Blue Bayou' ... votre chez-soi loin de chez vous (seulement sans soucis). Cette unité de façade sonore et joliment décorée avec une vue magnifique sur le son, l'océan et la piscine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour merveilleux. Les chaises de plage, les jeux de plage, les gadgets de cuisine, etc. sont tous inclus. Tout ce qui manque c'est toi! Vous devez voir celui-ci pour le croire.

Le plan d'étage inversé offre deux chambres au premier niveau, les deux avec accès aux ponts arrière donnant sur les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle du son. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size avec télévision, une alarme, un grand dressing et une immense salle de bain dotée d'un bain à remous et d'une douche séparée. La deuxième chambre a également un lit queen. Le niveau supérieur offre la meilleure vue sur l'océan ou sur le son, ainsi que l'observation des étoiles.

Le salon est doté de parquet et d’un canapé-lit pour un coin couchage supplémentaire. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement six personnes. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont incluses, ainsi qu'un gril et un congélateur supplémentaire. Une piscine communautaire privée se trouve juste en face de l'unité et une passerelle de navigation privée donnant sur une plage isolée se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la rue.

Qu'est-ce qu'il y a à faire sur l'île de Topsail? Tout ou rien, et c'est ce qui fait revenir les gens. Vous pouvez passer vos journées au soleil ou à la chasse à la plage pour votre propre trésor. En août, septembre et octobre, vous pouvez regarder les étoiles et «asseoir» un nid de tortues prêt à éclore. Quoi que vous choisissiez, Topsail Island et «Blue Bayou» ont quelque chose de magique qui vous fait revenir!

Quick Trip and excellent response

We scheduled a last minute trip to see family and couldn’t ask for a better property. Excellent location, amazing view and the hosts response was incredible. We definitely will be back.

Great Island Get Away!

Great condo with a fantastic view of the sound, and a short walk to the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! This was our first time booking on Vrbo and the owner made everything a breeze!!!

Heaven on Earth

This is better than 5 stars! The property is VERY clean, beautifully decorated and all of the furniture/mattresses are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect. Three minute walk to the beach. Good size pool. Andrews Produce is steps away with the most amazing fruits & vegetables - PLUS - they have whole homemade cheesecakes & key lime pies! The best part though is the dock & the view of the sound! Unbelievable sunsets. We were on the dock every night after we got back from dinner until the sun went down! You can see crabs, oysters, mussels, fish & more from there. My kids were obsessed with the dock! This is, by far, the best place I have stayed in on Topsail. So incredibly peaceful. The beach is not packed at all on this end. We can't wait to come back!! Thank you Jack for everything!!!

Nice stay on the island

The location was great, the view fantastic, and the condo itself was lovely. Perfect for our small family's stay. The view of the sound was fantastic. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets. While on the sound side at the back of the community, it was still only a very short walk to the beach (3-4 minutes from stairs to sand). The pool was really nice, clean and seemed well serviced. There is seating in the gazebo, but no poolside chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough to make several meals in. Linens are not included, which as of my rental wasn't mentioned in the property description, but was in the rental agreement sent after booking. Not a detractor for us since it is simple enough to bring our own or rent from a local service, but good to know. Jack was prompt in responding to questions I had, which I appreciated. The only issue though was that the master bedroom's mattress seems a bit worn. Specifically the mattress sags in the middle. As a side sleeper, this resulted in a very poor night's rest. The other bed didn't have the same issue.

It was perfect

The house was perfect. It Is located across the street from the beach access and only took about three minutes from the time we shut the door to the time we were on the beach. It is very relaxing environment and I couldn’t of asked for more.

Exquisite family beach vacation!

We all thoroughly enjoyed out time at this property! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and a perfect space for my family. The beach was just a quick walk away and the pool was an added bonus and was well maintained. Quiet evenings for our family but also just a short drive if we wanted entertainment. While we did not require constant communication The owners were readily accessible and even offered a late checkout without a request for it. I would highly recommend and absolutely would book again without hesitation for our family!!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful sunsets, short walk to the beach and the pool was great! Chairs and toys available to use as well so you don't have to pack your own. Overall a great experience here! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!

The beach house was absolutely perfect and allowed for a fun and relaxing vacation! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the community pool, amazing sunsets over the bay, and crabbing from the dock. The house itself also exceeded our expectations! The decor was beautiful, the house was clean and well taken care of, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We absolutely hope to return again! Also, if you visit, check out the produce stand just a short walk up the road - not only do they have fresh fruits and vegetables but amazing salsa and homemade ice cream and sorbet that were a hit all around!

Amazing location with incredible sound views

Very well maintained and appointed property. Master bathroom (recently renovated) and bedroom are spacious. Secondary bedroom is quite tight but worked for our 2 children (4 and 8) to share. Carport is great to leave all the sandy toys and chairs and be ready to head back out to the beach. The walk to the private beach access is easy. The pool is very clean and someone was out every morning to check on it. You need to bring your own chairs. We had a great time and hope to be back one day!

The perfect beach house

We had a wonderful vacation here with our family. The communication with the owners was prompt and courteous, answering all of our questions. The kitchen was very well stocked to make meals, especially important during this unusual time of covid. The house has plenty of space for family to enjoy meals, board games, and puzzles together or to spend a little quiet time apart on the decks or bedrooms. The location is wonderful for fishing, kayaking or a day on the beach; and there is a well-stocked closet in the carport with plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and body boards. We highly recommend this beautiful vacation rental.

Great vacation!

We had a great time at Blue Bayou! Those sunsets from the back deck are phenomenal! Everything was clean and all we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most of our meals. We did eat at Fat Burgers twice very good and Lor-re-lie Pub. Did a little fishing since we found some rods in the beach closet as well as chairs and umbrellas. Found some nice finds on the beach including a 2 inch great white shark tooth. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Topsail GetAway

Our Heron Cay sound side condo afforded us a beautiful view, a vegetable stand was a very short walk away and a nice bonus to our stay. Beach access was very easy and traffic in that area of the beach was as little as you may expect when you evaluate the number of houses in the area, at times the beach was ours, not bad for the third week of July. We were four adults and a one year old and the home was very accommodating to our needs. If you enjoy a good sunset Jack's rental is the place to be.

Great place to see incredible sunsets and sunrises!

My stay was everything I had hoped for. The view of the intercostal bay from the kitchen and two bedrooms is amazing. The ocean beach across the street is so beautiful and ever changing that it kept me going back during different tides and times of day. The condo is very nicely appointed and stocked and clean and the beds are comfortable. There are good restaurant, fish markets, shops and activities very close by. I will be returning!

Wonderful relaxing stay!

Jack and Heather provide a wonderful place to vacation. The have beach chairs, boogie boards and sandcastle stuff so it was so nice to not have to bring any of that. Blue bayaou allows you to fish or crab at the sound or relax and fish on the beach. The area is not very crowded and we ate in most of the time as the house had cooking supplies and the grocery store is very close. There are also places to go out to eat. We have been there 7 summers in a row and love the area and Jack and Heather! Our little piece of Heaven on earth! We highly recommend this area if you want a quiet, peaceful vacation!

Breathtaking sunsets!

My family and I had a wonderful time! We were able to relax, unwind and spend time together. It was the best of both worlds being on the sound and having the ocean right across the street. The place was very clean and beachy, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! There was nothing better than sitting on the deck and watching the sun go down. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful beach home!

Blue Bayou, a paradise

Blue Bayou was amazing! The accommodations were wonderful, the view was breathtaking and the beach was just across the street. Jack and Heather were so easy to work with.

TOP TopSail Rental

Beautifully kept condo, clean and nicely furnished. Awesome views of sound and the ocean. Short walk across the street to beach. My kids loved the pool! Owner responds quickly. Rental and check in smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and convenient

We just returned from a last-minute weekend family getaway to Topsail Beach. Everything about Blue Bayou was terrific -- comfortably appointed condo, very clean and quiet, sunset over the Sound, just steps from the beach. The owner, Jack, was helpful and extremely responsive via email. Recommend without hesitation.
