Duplex de 2e rangĂ©e Ă  droite avec une vue fabuleuse sur les 4 ponts. AccĂšs Ă  la plage Ă  environ 100 pieds. 1600 pieds carrĂ©s, 3 chambres plus une salle de soleil qui peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme chambre Ă  coucher et 3 salles de bain complĂštes.

Un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 37 pouces avec télévision par cùble, lecteur DVD, systÚme WII avec jeux, jeux de cartes et de société, ainsi que des livres sont tous disponibles pour votre divertissement. L'accÚs Internet sans fil est également fourni!

Au rez-de-chaussée, la suite principale comprend un lit King size Sleep Number, une salle de bain privée avec baignoire Jacuzzi et douche, une terrasse privée et une télévision / lecteur DVD, également avec télévision par cùble. La 2Úme chambre a un lit superposé double et une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et le son. La 3Úme chambre a un lit Queen et une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et le son. Une salle de bain complÚte et une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse se trouvent également à cet étage.

Mark was beyond great to work with and quick to respond to questions. The home was clean, sheets and towels that were delivered per request were perfect, home stocked with necessities, location was easy to get to, beach access is right there, it is a bonus that we could see the sound from one side and the ocean from the other side, and watching the sunset from the deck over the sound each evening was spectacular. We did not want to leave and we will be back!

Great stay

We had a great view from the multiple balconys the property has to offer. It was very spacious and clean. Beach access is right across the street. If you want to eat in, there is a full kitchen with all cooking materials need, just need to stop at store for the food. The owner has great communication lets you know everything you need to know and is very responsive! Will for sure book again ,Thank you for a great stay!

A Mermaid’s Dream

We had an amazing vacation in North Topsail. A Mermaid’s Dream was an incredible beach house. It was extremely well kept and organized. The owner of the home was so great to work with and communicated with us throughout the booking process, weeks before our vacation began, and during our stay. He let us know everything we needed to know about the home and was extremely accommodating to our family. We will be staying here again. Great beach access, family friendly, and very enjoyable.

Wedding week

We came for a destination wedding-our son married his bride right in the beach. We hosted the wedding dinner after the ceremony and house was equipped with all the dishes, flatware and glasses we needed. All was the perfect setting, comfortable rooms and easy access to the beach.

GREAT Stay

One of the best places we have stayed while visiting North Topsail! The house has everything you could possibly want or need! Also, very clean and absolutely love the decor. Having a grill to use was awesome and it was so clean! Mark is great, very helpful and always answers in a timely manner. Access to the beach was so easy. Will definitely rent again! We wanted for nothing!

Clean, comfortable and excellently equipped. We felt instantly at home here. The closet is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and even toys for the beach! Mark was a pleasure to deal with and we were sad to leave!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

A Mermaid’s Dream is hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed at! The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need from beach towels to extra blankets and pillows to a very nice beach cart and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The layout of the house was great with all the bedrooms on the second floor and the living spaces and kitchen on the top floor with beautiful views of both the ocean and the sound from the balconies. The location is also perfect with a very short walk to the beach which was never over crowded! We even got to see a sea turtle nest hatch during our stay which was amazing! An added bonus is the house is within the Sneads Ferry Foodlion’s delivery radius so we were able to have our groceries delivered to the house the day we arrived to make life easier! We would absolutely recommend staying here if you have the option, you won’t regret it!

Very Family friendly

This place was a dream- all the beds were comfortable, there were labels everywhere to help you easily find which light or cupboard to use, a very well stocked kitchen, beautiful views from every porch, a closet full of all the beach chairs and toys you could want- including a wonderful cart to pull them all in, an outdoor shower to help with sandy bodies at the end of the day, the beach is just across the street and down a bit- an easy walk even with 6 small kids in tow. Our family had a fabulous time here! The owner was very accessible and available for any issues- and check in and check out was a breeze.

Fantastic Vacation Spot

This property was perfect. Plenty of room. Mark was so kind and flexible and great to work with. Access to the beach items and the wagon was wonderful! We found some good restaurants. We cooked in. The pier is fun to explore. The turtle sanctuary in Surf City was great. We had everything we needed. The beach was fantastic! I hope to be back!

What a home - hear the ocean, see the bay, great kitchen and decks

First of all, Mark made this rental super-easy with clear, fast communication, and simple check-in and departure directions. The Mermaid has everything to make a family comfortable, including the 3 full baths. Kitchen was clean and beautifully organized, and the appliances were high quality. The sturdy dining table gave a Waltons-like feel at mealtime (YouTube it). All the bedrooms worked for us; laundry was great; we brought our own linens and towels. As you'll be aware from the description, with kitchen and living on top floor, these designs give you a bit of a climb with your foodstuffs on move-in or shopping day. That's why you bring some young people. Come sunset, we regularly found ourselves on the kitchen deck enjoying the view. Beach is just a short 3 min walk across the street; never crowded our week. We plan to return, thanks Mark.

This is a beautiful home located in an area that is not heavily traveled. The beach access is directly across the road. Bonus... baby turtles hatching right there. Three generations, everyone loved it.

Beautiful views of the ocean

The owner was so helpful, the condo was well appointed. Access to the beach was just a few minutes walk. Beds we're all comfortable. We stayed two weeks and it was very comfortable.

Beautiful home, with great views, and close to beach.

The house was perfect! The property owner was great with communication and the home had everything that was listed. The views from the home of the ocean and the sound were amazing. We spent many evenings relaxing on the balcony on the rocking chairs listening to the ocean.

Wonderful Stay, awesome house and owner

We needed a getaway to decompress and this was PERFECT. Mark is a wonderful owner and the communication couldn’t have been better. The house is tucked away across from the beach and was nice and quiet. The walk to the beach was very easy. Anyone thinking the walk to the beach is an issue, I can assure you that it is nothing. The best part of this area is that the beach is not crowded and very much worth the short walk. The whole experience was great and we will be back. Thanks again to Mark for a wonderful time. We needed the break and this fit the bill.

May vacation

The renter, Mark, was in constant contact with us. The property was amazing and its location was perfect...public access to the beach was across the road. The decor fit the ocean/mermaid theme. Porches off of every bedroom. AC was in excellent working order. Good first experience with VRBO and renting a beach house. Plan to do it again...maybe not next year but I believe when u find something good no need to look any further, so will rent the Mermaids Dream again in the future. Did I mention the price was also very fair.

Just what we needed!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would!! This beach house is perfect all around!! It is well stocked with everything you need to cook/grill at home. There are great board games available and a WII to keep the kids entertained. My 3 yo was super excited with all the beach toys! She even added to the seashell collection. Beach access is a short walk from the house and was never crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that I had to leave LOL! We will definitely be back and hopefully get to stay longer!! Thank you Mark for being such a great host!!

Home away from home

My family and I have been vacationing in Topsail since I’ve been little. We have stayed at this beach house twice now. The house itself is perfect for a family vacation. Beautiful views from all balconies and steps from the beach. It is a quite neighborhood and very relaxing! The owner of the property is so pleasant and wonderful! I would 10/10 recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in Topsail. I promise you won’t regret it! It’s literally our home away from home!

Nice weekend getaway

It was a nice place with some good access to the beach. Could barely be closer. Very nice spot for a quiet weekend at the beach. Only houses nearby so not many folks on the beach. Great spot!
