Ski-In. 3 Blocks To Town. Hot Tub. Private Deck.

Step off your private deck to build a snowman in the fresh morning snow or explore the path by the stream in your backyard. Ski in location with on site hot tub and sauna. Surprisingly close to the shopping and dining of historic Main Street this small complex is surrounded by nature. You will feel right at home with a well organized kitchen. There is a dining table and comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the open living area for a movie or your favorite live TV show. The separate bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and a closet for your belongings. Just across the hall is a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with toiletries. From the living room, you can walk out on a private deck with two chairs and a table, where you can sip your morning coffee. There is a creek running just steps away from the deck.

When heading to the mountain on a winter morning, it is easiest to walk the 2 minutes to the right from the parking area and hop on the free Gold route bus to Peaks 7, 8, or 9. You can also walk to the Gondola in about 10 minutes. You could also walk over the bridge to Snowflake lift, it is a short uphill walk (0.2 m). Ski back in on Four O’Clock Run, then soak in the hot tub or heat up in the sauna.

Free outdoor parking for one vehicle with the provided parking pass and credit card operated washers and dryers are on site, too.

Great location, size, amenities, and price!

The condo is on the garden level.

There is a 32" TV in the living room. It receives live channels through xfinity and has Roku Player. There is also a TV in the bedroom connected to a FireTV.

Hot Tub. The community hot tub is located outside on the backside of the building between the creek and the building. It's just a few steps from the unit. The hot tub is professionally maintained and is open daily until 10:00pm.

Free, fast wi-fi in the condo.

It's equivalent to a 2 or 2.5-star hotel.

Amazing place!! Walk out to mountains and a creek. Very close to Main Street of town - easy walking distance. Place was very clean. Well stocked kitchen - all stuff to make meals. Great communication. Texted to make sure we got in and checked on our stay. Couldn’t ask for anything different. Will definitely be back!!

Awesome Spring Trip

My nephew and I stayed and got a few days of skiing in and we had a great time. Condo is in a great location and everything was just as expected. We lived the balcony and the ski in option. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay in Breckenridge

I really enjoyed staying here for my weekend trip to Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it was perfectly located. It wasn’t a far walk to get to Main St and there were many easy options to get up to the mountain. Thank you to Daniel for being a great host and keeping in touch throughout our stay. This was a very enjoyable trip.

The unit was great for just my young adult son and me. It’s not fancy but is well-located and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Easy walk into town and to the shuttle bus to the slopes. Daniel was helpful and responsive.

A little small and dated, and could use some maintenance, but still an excellent place. Very short walk to the Gold shuttle to ski, and a short walk from Main Street. Skiing down the Four O'clock run got us right to the parking lot.

Great place!

We had a great stay! Daniel was always available for any questions. The location was perfect for both skiing and walking to town. Property was very clean, everything was well-labeled and easy to find. A lot of really nice small touches were included that showed the pride the owner takes in his place. We will stay here again!

Well Kept, Great Location

While the property is older, it is well kept and clean. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown. Management is responsive and quick to resolve any issues that arise (which was limited to an issue with the internet being down in the area and out of their control).

Great Spot for Fall

Perfect spot for my partner and I, with close proximity to downtown and walking trails. Had a bit of a lingering smoke smell but we let the natural air in and did not have any issues. Felt very safe and loved the back patio area with the creek. Daniel was super helpful and responded quickly with any questions I had, would definitely book with him again.

I booked this during the CASE conference in Breckenridge. Everything was great about the place accept the lingering smell of smoke. You could tell a previous owner had spent a long time smoking in the unit. You could also tell that they had tried to clean it out but it's probably in the carpet and other surfaces so it would probably need a gut remodel to get rid of the smell totally. The weather was beautiful so we always had the windows open but that wouldn't be possible in the winter.

Great location

If you like to be walking distance to downtown and have a hot tub only steps away this is a great place. The pictures on the listing are not updated as they show items not present, but the unit is described well by owner and travelers. There was a lot of activity in the complex the week I was present and a lot of dogs too, but you can't beat the location and having a creek outside your unit and a hot tub too. The owner and the check in and everything was excellent.

Amazing time and property!

What am amazing place to stay for a long weekend or even more. Located walking distance to downtown, a short bike ride to most breweries, and easy access to the blue river trail if you’re feeling like riding to Frisco or Dillon. We had a blast and the property was perfect, clean and comfortable. The hot tub and parking was easily accessed and available. Looking guard to staying again on our next Breckenridge adventure.

Serene yet walkable setting

The property was well-maintained, generously appointed, clean, comfortable, cozy. The property felt private, situated alongside a babbling creek. Property managers were gracious and accommodating as well as quick to respond to inquiries. I would definitely book this property again!

Great location

This property was great. The kitchen was updated nicely. The only thing I needed that I couldn’t find was a spatula. 😊 The bed and other furniture was comfortable. The bathtub/shower is older, but works fine. There are little instruction/ notes that were very helpful - for lights, tv remotes, etc. The location is fantastic. We loved sitting on the patio and hearing the creek. It was also nice to be so close to restaurants/shops downtown. Daniel’s communication was the best of any owner we’ve dealt with through Vrbo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The owner of the unit kept us informed and was easy to reach. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and the pull-out couch mattress was very comfortable for our kids. We even saw a moose one morning between our porch and the ski slope. Skiing back to the unit at the end of the day was very convenient. I highly recommend this unit.

Short walk to Main Street, hot tub and sauna on site, private deck and kitchen you can ski to for a quick lunch, and comfortable bed with cozy bedding. Free parking for one car and 1 pm check out to extend your Breckenridge trip. I wish that everyone could experience our charming town and I hope you will love our condo as much as we do. Ideal for a traveler on a budget.
