Just a few steps from the beautiful Flamingo Beach with its white sand and crystal waters, this villa is ready to welcome you to Costa Rica. The main bedroom upstairs includes a private balcony to enjoy views of the shared pool area and some of the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. Flamingo Beach - just 100 yards away - is known for being one of the top places to enjoy a sunset on the sand. You'll be within one-and-a-half miles of restaurants, a grocery store, and various tour operators for fishing, snorkeling, and even more excursions. If you want to get out and explore the area, Potrero Beach is just over three miles northeast, and Brasilito Beach is just less than three miles south. Don't forget to visit Tamarindo, about 14 miles south, for great restaurants and nightlife.

Relax in partial air-conditioning, with tile and wood-style flooring to make you feel even cooler inside. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and either an en suite bathroom or one right next door. Use the private washer/dryer so you can head to the pool and beach on your schedule.

Perfect Getaway

This rental was adorable and very clean. We loved the outdoor pool and the beautiful grounds. The location was fantastic, 3 minutes from the beach and an amazing restaurant Coco Loco. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Near the beach as advertised. Well maintained pool area and grounds. Responsive and friendly property manager. Plenty of space. Somewhat dated. Front door lock needs replacing and showers very weak on water pressure.

We loved it!

Great location!! We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and relaxing poolside during the day! Air conditioning in every room w/ ceiling fans made lounging inside comfortable and a nice escape from the heat and humidity. We recommend Coco Loco restaurant, just down the road. Great service and food! You can eat right on the beach and enjoy sunset views!

Great Location&Resort/Unit Needs Updating

We were very impressed with the location of the property. Playa Flamingo Beach was exactly 300m away as advertised. The grounds and pool were very clean and well-maintained. We felt safe and we’re always greeted by very friendly grounds keepers/staff. The rental folks were also very helpful and very quick to respond to us. The unit was well equipped and had a nice coffee pot. Lots of pots and pans and all the cutlery you needed. My son was also able to use a boogie board and he enjoyed using it during our stay. There were lots of towels for us to use. The linens and sheets were very clean. Although we expected the unit not to be modern and a little dated (photos) we were very disappointed that the unit itself was not very well maintained. There was a layer of grime on lamps and very large cob webs (size of football) on the ceiling in the master bedroom and in the living room. The curtains in the master bedroom had several different spots with what appeared to be blood stains. There were so many ants /termites all over the floors and walls. We expect bugs when we travel to hot countries but this was more than usual. We have returned to CR for three years in a row and have never experienced this many bugs inside a property. We all had bites from the ants crawling on our legs as soon as we sat for a few minutes. It was not comfortable. The screens on the doors/windows were torn, and the main washroom/ washer dryer area had gaping holes to the outdoors where all the bugs could come in. The water did not drain very well in the washrooms. The shower in the main ensuite was an issue. The hose or pipe needs replacing (likely calcium buildup) and it was nearly impossible to get hot/warm water. You can tell at one point that this was a very nice villa (the layout is very nice) but there has been very little maintenance and work done so it is truly showing it’s age. The other units next door looked more modern and clean. With some updates, repairs and a deep clean this unit could be a gem. We absolutely love Playa Flamingo and will return. We would consider renting a different unit in this building in the future. I’m so disappointed I could not provide a glowing review.

Loved the pool!

Spacious and clean, nothing fancy but very comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach restaurant. Beautiful beach area close by. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience in Flamingo.. Thank you Vacasa team

We checked in on 29th of Dec 2021 which is a peak tourist time. We contacted Gustavo Castillo from Vacasa and he was very quick to respond, helpful and professional. He arranged ride for us to get to the property at our last minute request. Once we were locked out of the condo, Gustavo sent people with to help within 30 minutes. Orlando Gurerra was our concierge who was very helpful in arranging rides whenever we needed. Staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. Overall a we had great experience!

Beautiful condo near Playa Flamingo (Beach)

Due to construction next door to our original rental, Vacasa was able to relocate us here. The condo is very nice. The complex has a great pool. The beach is only a few steps away.
