Sunset Hills on Watts Bar Lake

This spacious 3 / 2.5 bath home offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect location on Watts Bar Lake. The house has two living rooms with spectacular views from both levels with lots of room to spread out. Enjoy upper and lower-level decks for long-range views of the lake and mountains, with occasional spotting of eagles or ospreys. There is plenty of outdoor space including a recently installed fire pit area to relax. Terrace View Marina is less than a mile for boat rentals, boat launch, slips, fuel and restaurant. There are two kayaks available that can be launched at the marina.

This house is on a quiet dead end road with little to no traffic. There is abundant parking for vehicles and trailers. It is perfect for families, fishing teams or a couple's getaway.

Internet provided by AT&T fixed wireless broadband, will stream video or enjoy the DVD library of movies provided. Additionally, there are board games and a couple of shelves of books for your reading pleasure. You're at the lake, so just try and disconnect and operate on lake time.

Very nice place. But it does have a lot of steps and steepness. For the elderly, I would avoid some of these steps. But overall very nice place.

Watts Bar Lake

We loved having the three decks. The view of the lake was beautiful as well as relaxing. The bedroom we chose had sheers on the long windows and we woke every morning with a view of the lake...lovely!!

Lake life at its best

We had a great time at this lakehouse. Tim was a wonderful host and answered any questions quickly. This is a hillside house so be aware there are multiple stairs but it didnt affect us at all. The beautiful view on that hillside was worth it!! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view...

Tim was very easy to work with and great with communication. The place has been beautifully redone. Lots of room and everything we needed was available.. We loved seeing the bald eagles every day and spent lots of time on the deck, of which there are many. Would recommend it.

A little bit of heaven

Beautiful home overlooking a spectacular lake. The home is decorated with taste. Great communication with the owner via text and email. I would come back in a minute. The area is quite rural although there are houses a short distance from this house. Lovely area. There is a convenience store within a few minutes from the house.

Tournament Trip

Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. The driveway was a little tricky backing the boat down, but we managed. An absolute beautiful view off the deck! The host is so great to work with. Very responsive and helpful.

This property worked out great for us because we had a boat at Terrace View Marina which is within 1 mile. We were able to swim at the pool at Terrace View and had easy access to boating. The owner is very easy to reach.

Great view and easy place to relax!

This place was exactly as listed. The view was great and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves! Literally a two minute drive from the house, we rented a pontoon at Terrace View Marina and we’re all set for a week on the lake! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

This is an amazing house with amazing views. My family and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at this property. It was secluded, very clean, and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was always pleasant and quickly responded. Definitely recommend and look forward to future stays !

Thanksgiving Retreat

What a lovely Thanksgiving we had. We had a fabulous house with a fabulous view. The house had everything we needed including an Eagle sighting. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with a gorgeous view, this is your house. I hope to be back.

Very Relaxing Trip, Great for Couples

This property was as described. Being close to a Marina with nice Restaurant was ideal. The views of the lake from the decks are outstanding. Direct access to the lake is difficult, but we used the marina, rented a pontoon boat, and explored the massive lake. There are several levels in the house with stairs between them so be prepared for using stairs a lot-often only 3-4 steps.

Amazing retreat

First day at Sunset Hills was wonderful. The property was as advertised. It was clean, had a beautiful lake view, and plenty of room for family to stretch out or be together. Lovely deck to enjoy the sunset. Property Manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice home, beautiful scenery

Very cozy and well maintained lake front home. Beautiful views and very tranquil. Owners were quick to respond and very nice. Aside from WiFi, had everything we needed. We made do with personal hotspots. You can tell this home is lived in and loved. We really enjoyed our stay.
