Amazing Views, Large Home, Perfect Family Getaway!

Pagosa Hilltop Getaway is a new rental with amazing views of the entire San Juan mountain range. It's located on 5 acres but it feels like much more since you are above it all. On clear nights, see stars like you've never seen them before!

As you enter the home, there is a split stair case. Up to the left, you enter the living, dining and kitchen area. The living room is cozy and large enough for the entire family to hang out, play games, watch the large SMART TV or make a fire and just relax. The kitchen is large and open and plenty of room for all the chefs in the group. The kitchen has all the equipment and supplies to make your favorite meals, or have VIP Vacations arrange one of our Private Chefs to entertain and feed you! The stove and oven are electric. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, but there is also a 4 person bar on the island counter. Off the dining area is a door that leads out to the wrap-around deck where you can enjoy a sunrise coffee, or a sunset wine.

Down the hall are 2 of the bedrooms, each with a new queen bed, one of which is the master bedroom and has a private bathroom. At the beginning of the hall is a full bathroom for the rest of the house to use.

Downstairs is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a partial wall that separates the room into 2 sections. Next to this room is the cozy den with super large and cozy couch (plenty of room to sleep on) where you can watch the new 65 inch SMART TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs as well as a separate large laundry room.

There is a 2 car garage on this level that every guest can use. Outside the garage, under the covered deck and all the views, you also have a 5-6 person hot tub!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is Dog Friendly and allow up to 2 dogs with $75 fee for each plus an additional $100 refundable deposit per dog.

There is a portable AC unit in the living room area.

This property is 2 minutes from town, 5 minutes to the hot springs and downtown, 25 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski resort (most snow in Colorado)

We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle for this home in the winter.
