After an exciting day on the slopes, hiking the trails, or whitewater rafting down the San Juan River, slip into the area's world-famous hot springs in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs. - Pets allowed - Must pay the $25/night per pet fee and sign the pet agreement. Failure to do so will result in a fine in addition to the fees in place.

- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees
