After an exciting day on the slopes, hiking the trails, or whitewater rafting down the San Juan River, slip into the area's world-famous hot springs in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs. Whether it be starting the day by sipping coffee on the deck and watching the local deer meander by, or unwinding in front of the fireplace after a day of fun and adventure, Forest View is the complete package for your Colorado getaway.



**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. - Pets allowed - Must pay the $25/night per pet fee and sign the pet agreement. Failure to do so will result in a fine in addition to the fees in place.

- Must be 21 years old to reserve home

- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees
