Love this Home

Third time renting this place. Very clean and well appointed! Quiet neighborhood but close enough to shopping and restaurants. We love the floor plan, decor, bathrooms, cozy family room with fireplace and great kitchen. The only thing that we would like to see added is glassware and more ceramic cups/mugs. We are very thankful for VIP's, Natalee who responded quickly to inquiries and assisted with an unforeseen need to reschedule and a later check out.

Wonderful property

We had a lovely vacation in this beautiful home. The home was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. This was the perfect home base for our Pagosa Springs vacation.

This was a lovely home and provided all our needs for in-home cooking and good night sleep. It’ll be even better when they fence in the backyard for your furry buddies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location was great and we saw lots of wildlife. The home was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area.

Sibling Birthday Fun

My Brother and I stayed in between our birthdays in August. Fans kept it cool just fine. It was so relaxing, clean and I think one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve stayed at. The deer and summer storms were an added delight. The neighborhood was great for walks. Thank you so very much for the stay.

Second time to stay.

We love this rental. It’s the second time we have stayed here and all was great. Very clean house with comfortable beds, great location, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. They added a Kourig coffee maker since the last time we were there and someone left Starbucks K cups which was very helpful. One suggestion to improve is cookware- pots and pans are scratched up Teflon which we avoided using. However we were thankful for alternate stainless steel pans. Also a teapot with whistle would be nice.

Perfect house!

The house is in a great neighbor near grocery stores and restaurants and only a short drive into town for the hot springs. Wonderful views, lots of space between houses. The house is quite new and absolutely perfect - I could move in immediately and love living there. 10 foot high ceilings, design details so tastefully done, bright and sunny. Extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would stay again in a heartbeat. And thanks for the treat basket that made us feel extra welcome! We had an issue logging into the wifi and it was handled extremely fast, so kudos to the property management, as well.

A “Deer” Clean Modern Farmhouse/

Perfect accommodations. The king bed was very comfortable! Large soaking tub. Great showers. The listing pictures do not even begin to show how great this home is. There were deer that stopped by the house to graze every day. One large buck sat down by the window to rest while six smaller bucks stayed close by the second day we wer there. The only suggestion I would make is to add is a Keurig type coffee maker. However the coffee pot works well and there is a coffee grinder for coffee snobs like us. We hope to book again in the near future.

Only thing we’d change is it needs to be better equipped especially the kitchen. With just 2 of us we made due. But if our family could hv made it it would hv been hard. New plastic plates aren’t dishwasher safe except top rack they don’t fit. A few basic supplies needed as well.

It’s in a great neighborhood and perfect location to get to all the spots! There is a nice table and chairs outside as well, we enjoyed breakfast every morning out there watching the hot air balloons. If we ever go back to Pagosa springs I will definitely rent this place again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! We enjoyed every moment in Colorado!!

Beautiful house!

This house was so cute and in a great spot close to everything!! When we arrived everything was perfect! When we went to sleep the first night we noticed the comforters in every room were dirty!!! The master room had a brown/reddish spots and crusty substance that was disgusting all over the blanket and the kids noticed their blankets were dirty as well and gum stuck in the comforters. There were some dirty dishes put away. I was also a little disappointed that there was no Christmas tree up. I should have asked but thought it was a given since it was the week of Christmas so that was a little saddening when we arrived. We have stayed in Colorado multiple times around Christmas and always had a tree up so I didn’t think anything of it until I arrived! Other than that the house was cute and cozy. And the lady that called and helped make sure everything was set up and ready was very accommodating and friendly! Needs better house keepers for sure!

Great Property!!

We booked this sort of last minute and feel like we scored. The house is in a great location, looks exactly like the photos. Communication with the management company was super easy via text. Only needed them one time during our stay and they handled our request within the hour. Only suggestions for the property itself would be if you are staying in warmer weather (as we did) please note there is no A/C in this house. The upstairs got very warm in the afternoons but cooled down nicely in the evenings with the windows open. And regarding the windows, they have all the screens in the garage. This allowed bugs to come into the house when the windows were open. The garage parking option was great. We NEVER used the front door. Only other improvement would be more drawers in the bedrooms. We had to stack our folding clothes on the closet shelves which are very high up in the primary bedroom. I would highly recommend this property and definitely would use it again if available.

You can be in the town area within 10 minutes and situated very close to several restaurants and grocery stores. This place is a great choice for tall people: Doorways, ceilings, and counter heights are made for you! It makes the space feel even larger than the square footage. Neighborhood was walker-friendly for those that want to get their daily steps in.
