This fully furnished, 4-bedroom, newly remodeled modern home located on a quiet residential street is just 3 blocks from popular Division Street restaurants & shopping. It’s our family home when we aren't traveling and is custom designed for comfortable living. You'll love the open bright rooms and large covered deck. The open kitchen and large island is perfect for spending time with family and friends.

We have 4 full bedrooms, all upstairs. The master has its own bathroom and there’s another for the other 3 bedrooms, with a powder room on the main floor. Also upstairs is the conveniently located washer and dryer.

The main floor has an open floor plan with a large covered deck off the kitchen. Enjoy it rain or shine! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, and utensils. The 12-foot island is great for prepping big meals and also has stools.

The basement has its own entrance and is rented out to others. The sound between units is minimal, if anything at all.

We’ll be out of town for much of January and February and hope to find one family/group for at least 30 days, but we’re open to shorter stays.
