🌵 Sage and Stardust - Beautiful Views, Close to JTNP Entrance w/ Hot Tub 🌵

Slip into the ease of the desert in our serene and newly remodeled home tucked into the hills of Joshua Tree. The house is secluded and surrounded by boulders and Joshua Trees. Centrally located, less than a mile from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and 5 minutes from down town. This property boasts 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room w/indoor fireplace, full kitchen, separate game room and full size yoga studio.

• THE SPACE
The house is surrounded by windows allowing tons of natural light to freely flow in and boasts beautiful views of the desert boulders in every direction. The unique polished cement floors sprawl through the entire house offering a clean and contemporary space to relax in. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people; a king bed in the larger room and a queen in the second room makes the sleeping arrangements comfortable and private.

The property is yours to roam and relax. With multiple separate lounge areas, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a cocktail during Golden Hour.

•THE OUTDOORS
The large property comes equipped with outdoor amenities including outdoor dining table, large sitting area around an outdoor fire pit including large table, lounging chairs and a hot tub for relaxing and incredible stargazing. Start your Joshua Tree exploration right from the front door. Please be mindful that there is private property and to stay on dedicated hiking paths or roads while exploring.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• A/C
Sage and Stardust is cooled by central HVAC for heat and air. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights.

• BOULDERS BEHIND THE HOUSE
Please note the boulders behind the house are not for guest-use. Please do not cross the street to climb on them. They are the neighbors property and he is very sensitive to people trespassing. Kindly only look from the yard but do not head over there to climb on the rocks. There is also a map in the guide book about this.

• SECOND BATHROOM
Please note that the second bathroom is in the game room which is detached from the main house, guests will have to walk outside the main house through the breeze through to access to the game room.

• HOT TUB
The hot tub is set up to automatically filter so you may hear it turning itself on and off. That is totally normal.

• ROAD TO THE HOUSE
The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy.

• WIFI
Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here.

• WASHER/DRYER
Sage and Stardust has a washer and dryer available to guests that's are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room too.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
WE DO HAVE A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
