Come get away to a newer home that is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean (8 minute drive) and the Waccamaw River (1 mile).

It is in a quiet and peaceful area (on a dirt road), yet close to amazing restaurants, shops, Myrtle Beach (a half hour north) and historic Charleston (an hour and a half south). This is a perfect neighborhood for those who love to golf, and you are welcome to park your boat in the driveway.

The house and garage are equipped with beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for kids. The house also has some board games, puzzles, and DVDs.

The owners might sometimes be staying in the guest house above the detached garage, but you will have the whole house to yourself. The only thing that would be shared would be the garage and maybe a little driveway space. Feel free to use the bicycles in the garage! Make yourselves at home!

Great Place - Very Comfortable

The house was very nice. It's a relatively newly built house so nice open layout, up-to-date design and appliances, and primary bedroom and bathroom are very nice.We enjoyed our time there, liked sitting out on the porch at end of day which was perfect.Also, the beach is a short drive away and the beach was great - plenty of room and water was not too cool.If we go to this part of SC again, we would definitely stay here again.

A little get away in beautiful South Carolina

Amazing home. More than we expected. The master bedroom bathroom/shower was impressive. The house has great natural lighting, quiet neighborhood, plenty of open space indoors and outdoor for family and friends to visit. Near plenty of restaurants and local must do locations. The owners were very attentive and welcoming. We will be back!

Great family getaway

We (four adults) stayed here for two nights to visit family in the area, and couldn’t have asked for a better vrbo experience! The house was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were responsive and courteous.

Great Getaway!!!

This house was clean, comfortable, and large enough for 3 women to enjoy one another’s company yet have privacy when needed. There are a lot of trees so not happy with the spiders that met us…LOL. But we would definitely recommend this property. Though the owners live on the property above the garage, there was no interference or awkwardness.

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for our family. Tons of space with everything we needed. Great proximity to Pawleys Island beach, shopping, dining, and the bike path. The hosts were very nice and had great communication. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!

Beautiful Home. Very relaxing!

We stayed at Woodsy Coastal Escape to celebrate our granddaughter's 4th birthday. It was myself, my husband, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter & grandson. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is perfect. Has everything you can think of & more. Beds were comfortable, showers great, AC worked perfect. Communication was excellent with the owners. We highly recommend this house. We hope to make it back!

A Breathe of Heaven

We were looking for a place that was off the beaten path & loved the house. The feeling of seclusion was so peaceful but super close to the store, beaches, fabulous restaurants & more. Can’t say enough about the house. Charming & all the amenities of home. Thank you!

Perfect place for quick access to the water

Beautiful home. So comfortable and so welcoming. The neighborhood is beautiful.

We had the most relaxing 3 days and, one 1 rainy day we’re so comfortable relaxing here which felt like home. The neighborhood and entire area is beautiful. Jessica and Kevin were amazing hosts. We would stay here again for sure

Would definitely rent again!

We had a great 2-night stay at this house! Jess was fantastic…always friendly and prompt with her replies to messages and questions. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. It was even decorated for Christmas! We would definitely rent this property again when next in the area.

Very comfortable and quiet

Beautiful home with everything we needed. We stayed two nights and visited Brookgreen Gardens and took advantage of Jessica and Kevin's paid pass for Huntington Beach State Park. Great place to relax. We loved that we could have the dogs with us.

Wonderful week stay in Pawleys

Hosts and house were great for a week stay! The house had a perfect line up for us and our two kids. Kitchen is large and has everything you need to cook in. Restaurants and Pawleys is a very short ride away. Neighborhood is one of the best in the area for walking or riding a golf cart around. Would definitely return, and recommend this place highly! Thanks!

Pawleys Island Getaway

Jessica and Kevin were wonderful hosts with a beautiful home. We could not have had a better experience for our vacation. They allowed us to bring our two large dogs and had plenty of room. Beautiful and safe neighborhood for walking with the dogs. We will definitely be back!!

Great stay

Super clean, comfortable, and quiet - lots of great info in their white binder regarding things to do and places to eat. Was less then ten mins to Pawleys where we had family staying.
