Quite Place

Great place, I used this rental as a substitute for the local hotel I use. Easy to get to, clean, very well stocked with bathing stuff and towels. Comfortable couch, nice TV . I will stay there again in the future!

Wonderful Wellington

"My son and I stayed in this rental while on a business trip to Wellington, and it met our needs well. The unit was clean and stocked with essential amenities. While it could use a bit of sprucing up, it was comfortable overall.One thing to note is that there’s only one bathroom, which is located off the master bedroom. This setup worked fine for us, but it might be less convenient for two couples sharing the space.A great bonus was the small fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dog. Overall, a good stay for our purposes, and I would stay here again if I return for business."

Overall nice accommodations and home. The air conditioner was loud and only one bathroom located in the master bedroom which can disruptive. It worked out fine for our family but it would be helpful if this was clear in the description.

Nice stay

This location is very clean and the pictures represent the actual unit very well. Olga is an incredibly responsive host. My only concern is that the only bathroom is in the main bedroom so if you have additional guests, they would have to come into the main bedroom in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. That, of course, is not the hosts fault. Should we require accommodations in the area again? I would absolutely reach out to Olga. Thank you very much!

Good location near the iThink amphitheater

We stayed for one night for a concert at the amphitheater. It was good overall. The location is good and seemed like a safe neighborhood with families and dogs walking around. All of the houses in the neighborhood are two units with two entrances and two garages. This house is the same but the unit in the listing was split again so it shares an entryway and small fenced yard with the other quarter of the house. I didn't realize this and don't see it listed anywhere or mentioned in any reviews. The neighbor was quiet and we were able to enjoy the backyard a bit and didn't see him at all.

Safety Concerns

Nowhere in the listing did it mention that this would be a SHARED residence. The owners have converted a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex into TWO rental units that share the same entrance. The entrance door to the 2 bedroom unit we rented was a hallow core door intended for an interior bedroom. This provided minimal security which was worsened by the fact the main entrance door for the property was required to remain unlocked the entire time so both rental properties could be accessed by tenants. You can hear the other people in the studio apartment, hear them coming and going and when they are in bathroom/shower area of the studio. We ultimately cut our stay short due to our concerns over the safety and security, but also lack of WiFi. The owners were actively trying to fix the WiFi throughout our stay and had been able to fix it on the last day. Overall, the experience could have been better with a keypad entry at the front door to allow for a secure entrance, proper entrance door to property with peep hole for safety/security and better setup to increase privacy between the two units. Had we known this was a shared residence we would not have stayed here.

Wasn’t as listed.

It was listed with a hot tub and it did NOT have a hot tub. That was the reason I booked it with two children (10 and 12 yrs old) in December, they were looking forward to being able to get in the water. The owner then had me leave my vacation plans to come to the house to let a repair man come in to check the air conditioner. I had to drop what I was doing on my vacation, come to the house to do that and he was there over an hour. So between the listing not being accurate, no hot tub like I was told and Having to stop my vacation plans to come sit at the house for the repair man, when I was out with friends. I would not recommend this place. It was clean, that was it. It also didn’t have most of the cooking utensils I needed either, I had to go buy them at the local store. The owner was made aware of our disappointment in no hot tub and did nothing to remedy the situation even after proving to her with a screen shot that the listing did show online there was a hot tub. We’ve rented many houses for vacations and this one was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I don't think my accommodation would have ruined your vacation. None of the photos show a bathtub. Regarding the air conditioning technician, you very kindly told me that you could be at the house so I could check it out. You could have told me that you couldn't because I was interrupting their activities.

We evacuated from east coast during Hurricane Milton and had a dog & cat. The house worked perfectly for us as it had a small fenced back yard for the dog. The house was clean, comfortable and homeowner was friendly & helpful. Plenty of restaurants & shopping in the vincinity. Will definitely use if in the area in future

Great Place!

We had to make some last minute reservations as evacuees of hurricane Ian and this was the perfect place and the host was super helpful and understanding and accommodating. Close to restaurants and shopping and if you want to get to the beach like we did it’s an easy drive (but don’t expect it to be right down the road).

Great stay!

Property was fabulous. Comfortable, homey, clean. The reason for our stay was to be able to stay over after a concert at the Ithink Amphitheater and it worked perfectly! The amphitheater was less than 10 minutes away. Would definitely do it again for future concerts. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay for WEF

We had very little time at the actual property since we were down in the area for WEF and spent most of our time at the show grounds. But the property was clean, well equipped and very convenient to WEF. I should add the beds were comfortable as well! Highly recommend!

Great convenient place near show grounds, restaurants and stores

Property manager was very responsive to my needs and always responded right away. The listing reads two bedrooms one bath ,but it does not specify that the bathroom is in the master bedroom. This can be a uncomfortable if you have someone other that your immediate family staying in the second bedroom. The garden could use a little loving and it would make it so much more welcoming to stay in the back patio outside. Other than that it was clean, true to pictures and we had a great stay.
