Good and bad

The good: good location, safe neighborhood, and pretty property, quiet, comfy beds, good price. The bad: not well kept up inside (dead bugs in light fixtures, dead bulbs in multiple light fixtures, no bedside lamps, no hand towels in bath). No ability to log onto your own streaming accounts to watch TV and owner does not care to fix that (I tried, so you are stuck watching... nothing really). Good communication with host.

Exceeded expectations!

Leanne was very helpful and communicated exceptionally well. The guest house was clean, charming and exactly as advertised. I would stay there again without question and really appreciated everything that Leanne did to make this stay as accommodating as possible.

Dainty & Quaint

This cottage was the perfect place to spend a couple days. It is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and Publix. The unit is totally gated as well. A bonus is the attached garage and washer and dryer. The pictures represent the unit very well. I let Lee Ann know our nephew was going to visit and she kindly offered use of the pool as the main house wasn’t rented while we were there. Lee Ann was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful l, Quiet Property

Wonderful property that was perfect for our family. It was set up beautifully, with a well appointed kitchen. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for our family to relax together and catch up. Would definitely stay again.

The home was as advertised. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to communicate with! The one issue was that the pool needs some attention. The pool wasn’t working well, had some items that needed to be repaired. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

The guest house is located in a lovely neighborhood, and the fenced in yard is great for dogs. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The property is close to all the Wellington equestrian show grounds.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood

We stayed in the gift she, nobody was in the house until late in the week. Great walking in this neighborhood. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom- had difficulty with the shower- it’s quirky. A dishwasher would be nice as well as a mirror in each bedroom. The wifi was a bit slow too but such a great neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful and answered all my questions, was so easy to reach and very very kind.

Convenient for our stay.

Property was centrally located, 30 mins-1 hr. away from places we wanted to visit. Property was well taken care of, new appliances, good working A/C and water pressure. Clean n neat. Basic kitchen tools/equipment.. Beautiful pool n sunbathing area. Would recommend.

Cozy Guesthouse, Beautiful Property, Convenient Location

We recently completed a 2 month stay and it was great. Lee Ann is a terrific host -- very communicative, responsive and proactive. The guesthouse is as described and with enough space for both my spouse and I to work. By far, the best feature is the exterior property which is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area is great to sit around and enjoy a beverage, and the large fenced in property was wonderful (and safe) for our dog to run around and stretch her legs. The location is also very convenient to shops, restaurants and all things horses. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent place to stay!

The booking was super easy. The owner always answered and questions very promptly. The place was perfect for us. Family of 3. Very nice kitchen to cook in. Rooms were all a nice size. Pool area was also very nice! Very quiet neighborhood. Had a garadge for us to park in. We had a flight cancellation. The owners were very accommodating to your situation!! Which we very much appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Property in Wellington

I can't say enough good things about this Property and the host Lee Ann. The property was spectacular, we had both the house and guest house reserved. I highly recommend getting both. The property itself is huge. The pool area is perfect for lounging with friends. Perfect accommodation for a group of friends or family. The neighborhood is great for taking walks and the neighbors were extremely friendly. Lee Ann was a pleasure to deal with and extremely accommodating. Communication was top notch. I would definitely book again!

Good but not the best it could be

Beautiful large yard, with lots of privacy. The garage is a nice perk. Little bit on the pricey side for the state of the facilities (tile grout could use a cleaning, windows could be cleaned, dust in closet floors, the guest house is starting to show it’s age). One TV in the spare room quit working. We ended up staying in separate beds since both were only doubles. A recycling bin would be handy to significantly cut down waste. Otherwise it was a convenient stay for us who drove down and had bicycles etc. Good internet and heated pool.
