Spectacular Views! This Ortley Beach home is the perfect location. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from your 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor balconies. Unobstructed views of the ocean. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 10 when utilizing the trundles and pull out couch. Day beds on the second and third floor decks. Washer and dryer! First floor garage with elevator to all 4 floors. This is a high end home, with high end furniture with comfort and design in mind. PLEASE NOTE UNIT ON THE LEFT.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Fantastic location right by the beach and short walk to the boardwalk. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking available. Elevator was helpful for getting bags to the 3rd floor. Lou was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Would love to come back!

Beautiful home near the beach

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this home. The owners were pleasant and the location of the home was perfect. I would gladly stay there again for longer in the spring or summer months. I really enjoyed the multiple balconies the home offered and the cozy fireplace.

The house is gorgeous & everything was very clean. The elevator was a huge plus with luggage etc. Deck off of every bedroom & a short walk to the beach, couldn’t ask for more.

We had a wonderful week at the shore and loved sitting in the decks and seeing the ocean. The home was well equipped and it was a pleasure to cook in the beautiful kitchen. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with!

Great NJ Shore Get-Away

We were three siblings with two spouses in our seventies and eighties at the Shore for a family reunion in Lavallette. The house was perfect with spaces for togetherness and spaces for alone time. The outdoor spaces were well furnished, comfortable and afforded excellent views. The interior of the house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We loved it!

Beautiful beach house

We had a great trip for our baby’s first time at the beach! Traveling with a baby is already difficult and this house made it very easy and relaxing! Beautiful house and hanging out on the multiple decks was so nice. Gorgeous ocean views and walkable to the beach. The only complaint was that the AC did not work as well as we would have liked (but this is a personal preference). I would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Very high end finishes. Everything we needed was there. This was a winter getaway with our older in-laws. House is fully accessible for walkers/ wheelchairs. The elevator went to all floors and allowed the in laws to see the views. Great time Thanks

Excellent Beach View Getaway

My family enjoyed a relaxing off-season stay in this beautiful property with beach views. Even though we had cold weather, we were still able to enjoy the beautiful views from the decks and the kitchen/dining areas. The property was thoroughly cleaned before our stay, and stocked with many everyday items. The owner was accommodating and helpful, it truly seems like a nice family who puts a lot of love into keeping this property nice. Thank you for opening your beautiful beach home to my family, the time away was so needed. We are planning to return for years to come!

Perfect Beach Stay

Great location (one house from the beach) - neighborhood full of families. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, wine glasses and whatever cookware that you would need. Nespresso, Keurig and other specialty appliances. Multiple decks with plenty of outdoor furniture and ocean views. The list of perks go on and on. Lou was always available for any questions that came up. So easy to work with.

Exceptional, inviting and comfortable!!!

My mom, 2 kids (15 & 12), dogs and I stayed in this fabulous Ortley beach home for 3 nights in April 2024 and we had an amazing stay! The home was so comfortable, plenty of space and we loved sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean. The elevator turned out to be extremely handy in getting our luggage up and down. We also loved the fireplaces in each bedroom and living room. And that kitchen, just beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals. The only thing we wished for was to stay more days! The off season was a great time to visit, no crazy crowds, some stores & restaurants were open and even the boardwark in nearby Seaside was open! Highly recommend this home - a definite 10! We hope to be able to stay again soon, thank you so much!

'Cause Down The Shore, Everything's Alright

We had a great time at this property! The homeowner was so easy to get in touch with and so responsive with the few questions I had about our stay.  My husband and I stayed with our two year old, as well as another couple and their 7 year old and the space was just right.  We stayed with our toddler in one room that had a trundle under the bed that we used which was perfect for us.  I believe the other bedroom with the full bed also had a trundle.  The elevator was perfect for our luggage and going too and from the beach with all our beach belongings.  The decks were awesome and I think we used every single one!  We even saw fireworks from the rooftop one night down from Seaside.  We did not get a chance to use the bbq, but I would imagine some great dinners could be made on it!  The washer dryer was also a great plus being on the same floor as the bedrooms.  As far as location goes, it was perfect.  5 minute drive to Seaside boardwalk, and maybe 25 minutes to Jenkinsons.  Stores and restaurants are all on the main road, you truly have everything here. Would 100% rent here again! And you can't beat being so close to the beach!!!

This is a beautiful and clean property, it's size and space is really amazing! The rooms are perfect, and the view on the balcony is phenomenal. It is a really fun and nice location. We purchased this paradise in 2020 as a place where our two children will be able to visit now and when they have families of their own. No expense has been spared in making this our dream home. We need to make the home available to select guests, as we do have to pay the mortgage. However, we will enjoy our home when it is not utilized by our guests.

I have a law practice in Paramus, New Jersey and my wife Jeanine works with me as a paralegal/office manager. We live in Emerson, New Jersey. Weekends in the Summer are spent on our boat in Bay Head, so we are always around to address any concerns or needs which might arise.
