Long weekend away!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was very clean and short walk to the beach. Owners were responsive and nice. Would stay here again.

Great place

From check in to check out, everything was as described. Clean with plenty of towels, dishes etc. Communication with the owner was prompt and no issues. The only small hiccup was the wifi was not reliable, probably time for an upgrade, but that was it. Will not hesitate to book again.

Weekend getaway with kids under 5

This property caught our eye as it was in close proximity to St Augustine and it was steps away from a pool and the beach. We have 2 kids (4.5 & 1.5) so you never know how long the beach/pool time will last! Terri provided all the details ahead of our checking and we got lucky that nobody was in the property head of us so she was more than accommodating to allow us to checkin early. This was extremely helpful and appreciated to get everything unloaded, enjoy a little bit of time before naptime. The unit was very clean - way above any place I’ve stayed in that I can recall. It had plenty of towels which was very much appreciated since the units do not have washer/dryers located inside. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need and it was quality items. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to this area and highly recommend Terri as she was extremely responsive and sent messages to confirm we were ok - this was appreciated. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and allowing us to make great family memories!

Christmas getaway

We really enjoyed staying here! The pictures were accurate. It was a short walk to the ocean and it could be seen from the condo. Everything was clean and updated. We were adults, but it would be great for a family with kids too. The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. I would stay again.

As advertised

Check in was a breeze. Property was perfect. Beds were comfortable and water was hit !! Chairs for the beach and an extra cooler. Coffee filters available !! Great weekend in a great location. Owners were easy to deal with and very friendly.

Wonderful location a little away from St Augustine with plenty of beach and quiet time. Owners are very engaged and helpful. Was in touch with me in advance re a small issue re sink which they were committed to fixing. Great experience overall.

Lovely Piece of Paradise

Our stay here was perfect! Such a laid back atmosphere but close enough for all the sights and restaurants in town. We had one little issue during our stay and the owner was very quick to respond and get it resolved. We highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful beach getaway!

The condo was exactly as the photos depict. Beautiful. We even took a few ideas from their decorating and are applying it to our home as a little reminder of our 10th anniversary trip! We would return in a heartbeat!

This is my personal property that I have been involved with in all the renovation and decor. I have had independent companies in the past host my condo and I was not happy so I decided to take this on my self and I am so happy I did! I hired the best cleaning service in St. Augustine to make sure my condo is sparkling clean and safe for all my guest. I pride myself on being available 24/7 for all my guest. I even sleep with my phone beside me!! I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a safe and wonderful experience at my home. PS My husband is a local fisherman and can assist you with local guides. If you would like to fish inshore/offshore or even fresh water just ask me!

The views are amazing and our couch is extra comfy!!! The beach is beautiful and you can drive your 4 wheel drive on the beach.
