Great place

From check in to check out, everything was as described. Clean with plenty of towels, dishes etc. Communication with the owner was prompt and no issues. The only small hiccup was the wifi was not reliable, probably time for an upgrade, but that was it. Will not hesitate to book again.

Christmas getaway

We really enjoyed staying here! The pictures were accurate. It was a short walk to the ocean and it could be seen from the condo. Everything was clean and updated. We were adults, but it would be great for a family with kids too. The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. I would stay again.

Check in was a breeze. Property was perfect. Beds were comfortable and water was hit !! Chairs for the beach and an extra cooler. Coffee filters available !! Great weekend in a great location. Owners were easy to deal with and very friendly.

Beach access!

Property is clean and owner quick to respond. Was allowed to check in early. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. Nice new dining table with awesome table bench for sitting (& sleeping). Great view of the ocean and pool from the main living space and master bedroom. Super easy private beach access. Very clean sand cleanup area just off the beach. Beach is public, with vehicle access, but this wasn’t a problem. Busy beach during daytime, but not crowded. Most people gone by 5 or 6 and you have much of the beach to yourself. Beach very clean.

Wonderful location a little away from St Augustine with plenty of beach and quiet time. Owners are very engaged and helpful. Was in touch with me in advance re a small issue re sink which they were committed to fixing. Great experience overall.

Ocean View Condo

While the complex was older, this property was very clean and redone within the last few years. The owner, Terri, is amazing and responds to any and all communications within minutes. The beach is just steps away, on the far side of the pool, so a perfect location for families with children, or seniors. The listing did mention there were steps to climb to get to the condo (no elevators) and that was very true. My 74-year-old husband did have trouble carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs, but as I said, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone as it is stated in the listing. Just a couple of suggestions for Terri, but believe me, not complaints. There was no room for groceries in the kitchen cabinets, so we had to leave all of our food on the counters throughout our stay. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked. Also, there are no drawers for clothes in the master bedroom and just one very small closet, although the bedroom was very large. Again, not a complaint, just mentioning for future renters. Expect a 15 to 20 minute drive into downtown St. Augustine. Parking is tough and expensive, so if you don't mind a 10 minute walk, we found a street to park on for free on the other side of the bridge into town. I would definitely recommend this condo for a beach getaway!

Beautiful sunrise and beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. Beach is beautiful, it is a drive to most local amenities, medium walk or you can rent bikes down the street. My husband just injured his knee the week before so the stairs were the only thing that made his time less enjoyable but this place is CLEAN and the VIEWS are beautiful. They have beach towels, chairs and the necessities for a good beach day.

Vacationing Atlantic Beaches

Condo is exactly as described. Owner is very responsive. We really appreciated the Keurig and that the owner provided toilet paper, toiletries, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, beach chairs and beach towels. This is not always the case with rentals. The Pool is beautiful. Beach access is secured, beach is wide and flat, great for running and long walks and can be driven on. Area is quiet and not crowded at all. As mentioned the condo has a fairly steep tall staircase to the second floor bedrooms. Don’t underestimate this if you have toddlers or any mobility issues in your party. Also the berm between the condo and beach is tall. You cannot see the beach or surf from the condo, but can see the beautiful blue ocean water. Condo is only 18- 20 min to downtown St Augustine where there are tons of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed eating at The Floridian, their bowls are awesome. Condo is also only 5 mins from local restaurants like Sunset Grill, Saltwater Cowboys and Salt Life Food Shack all with great food and sunset views. We also took a morning boat ride with Florida beach tours, which was peaceful and informative about the area, we were able to see three schools of dolphin. Driving out a little farther to Caps on the Water is definitely worth the trip. It was a highlight of ours. Excellent service, beautiful outdoor deck area, great cocktails, and the food was wonderful. Definitely don’t miss this spot.

Amazing!

Possibly our best VRBO experience ever. The unit is perfect. Well equipped, comfy beds, big screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms. Wi FI is fast. The place is very Clean and comfortable. View is awesome. We loved the short walk to the amazing St. Augustine Beach. Plus the boardwalk is private and used exclusively by the complexes owners and renters. The location is great with many restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. Just a short jaunt down A1A and you are in downtown St. Augustine. There is a coastal seaway crossing just minutes south of the property. Sending you easily to Highway One and Interstate 95. Laundry is located in the building and uses the CSC GO app for payment. No coins needed. You will not be disappointed what so ever in this rental. Terri is an amazing host. She was very prompt in answering any questions we had and strives to make your stay the best it can be.

Simple and Easy

This property was easily located at our favorite Beach in Florida. It was well appointed and easily accessible to beach and pool. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and tidy too. The access to laundry was convenient and not too far from the unit; I was able to complete 5 loads of laundry in an 1.5hr with the in app pay feature for the washers and dryers. Terri was very communicative and I felt assured that we would have no trouble getting in to the unit, even if we has arrived at a late hour. Thank you Terri and David.

A slice of Heaven

Creston House is the only place we like to stay when in St. Augustine! And, this year, our stay was especially wonderful because we had the good fortune to book this Condo (7C) which was, not only, beautifully decorated and filled with everything you could need or want while on vacation at the Beach but, because of all of this, also, was the most relaxing and comfortable stay we’ve ever had while vacationing at Creston House!! So, when I say ‘Book this Condo’, you can guarantee you’ll have an amazing vacation!

A comfortable townhouse

This was our 2nd time at Creston House. The location is perfect! The pool is fabulous and the beach is private and so conveniently close. This unit is very comfortable and has everything needed. It is home away from away. The property manager is fantastic. We love that is feels secluded yet it's a 5-20 minute drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping. There is a lighthouse close by as well as Dolphin World, Fort Matanzas and much more.

Lovely Piece of Paradise

Our stay here was perfect! Such a laid back atmosphere but close enough for all the sights and restaurants in town. We had one little issue during our stay and the owner was very quick to respond and get it resolved. We highly recommend this condo.

I hired the best cleaning service in St. Augustine to make sure my condo is sparkling clean and safe for all my guest. I pride myself on being available 24/7 for all my guest. I even sleep with my phone beside me!! I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a safe and wonderful experience at my home. PS My husband is a local fisherman and can assist you with local guides. If you would like to fish inshore/offshore or even fresh water just ask me!
