This fantastic 5 bedroom, 4 bath Vacation Villa offers all of the conveniences of home and everything you need for a fun family vacation including a Private Screened-In Pool, Outdoor Spa, Games Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Free Wireless High-Speed Internet, Full Size Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker and Microwave. 



Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.  



Ideal for your next Orlando get-a-way, this vacation rental offers 1 King Master Suite with private bath, 2 Seperate Queen Bedrooms, 2 Twin Bedroom and Bunk Beds in the 5th bedroom with a Twin Bed and Full bed.

Very Nice Property

The property was very roomy and very clean. Perfect location for the parks, shopping and restaurants. I know Florida and their bugs...and we saw not even one for our entire stay. The privacy bushes around the pool were a nice touch and the pool maintenance were very quick and efficient. The Management company was very helpful and kind any time we had to contact them with questions...none of which were problems with the property. My suitcase broke on the way in. When I called them to ask how to dispose of it, they were so kind to tell me to leave it at the house and they would take care of it for me!! I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely rent again myself. If I had to change anything it would be for the Welcome book to be updated to the new policies of the resort itself.

Spring break to remember!

We were very pleased with our accommodations in Emerald Isle. We have come to this resort several times and feel this home exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, quality of furniture and appliances, and especially the pool. With 3 grandkids under 6, the warmth and cleanliness of the pool was the highlight of our stay! We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks to the management for quick and pleasant response to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet and afforded easy access to Disney World and shopping. Kudos to Elite Homes!

Great house for our Disney trip!!

This house was the perfect place to stay for our family Disney trip. The house was just as described online. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and my parents. We were within 15-20 minutes of all the parks. Our kids loved the pool. Host was super easy to work with. Wonderful stay!

Roomy and Relaxing

This property provided everything our group was looking for! There were lots of options for activities and still allowed for private quiet time when needed. The house was clean and ready for arrival. The neighborhood was safe and everyone at the resort was friendly. The location was fantastic! We were close to all the amusement parks, minutes from a variety of restaurants, and close to shopping. Finally, we appreciated the communications we received about the property from the time we made the reservation to check out.

Spacious Getaway

Pros: - Extremely spacious, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which made it easy to get ready in the morning as everyone/or couple had their own bathroom - Location is good, gated community (need to put a 10 dollar deposit down for a key), wasn’t too far to Disney, ranging 15-30 mins depending on the park and traffic. - Lots of common space, fun pool table and air hockey and pool Cons: - This house is truly stocked minimally. There was no hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, more than a half of roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry detergent, no garbage bags, paper towel/napkins. - The pots in the kitchen are small, and there is a lack of cookware - The pool was filthy when we arrived. Sand at the bottom, and old pool inflatables strewn about. The pool is smaller than in the pictures. But regardless my family loved our stay here. It was a perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation. Lots of space to relax and a fun pool to hang out by. We would stay again.

Hi Rachel many thanks for your review and feedback, it is important to us. We have spoken to the Manangement Co who wspeak to the cleaners. Before your arrival the house should be left few new small bars of soap and new toilet rolls. We don't normally supply paper towels or napkins. We will ask them to look at what cookware needs replacing. The pool was due it's weekly maintenace visit the day after your arrival. It appears the previous guest had been to the beach and then taken their inflatables back to the pool. We would rent this home again

Communication with the owner of the property was simple. Check in instructions were prompt and simple. The house was spacious and accurate in description. However I found that the appliances definitely need some replacing/ upgrading. But was grateful that something was there. We would rent this house again.

Johanna and Stephen are a wife and husband team (pictured above in 2020 on a trip to Sydney, Australia). We have our own villa in Kissimmee and also manage the reservations for 40 other private villa owners near Disney. We have been managing villa reservations for over 10 years. We have many repeat guests and as you can see from our calendars each villa will have many resrvations in place.
All the villas we manage have been inspected and photographed by ourselves.

All our calendars are updated daily so if it is showing available then it should be, so please feel free to make an instant booking. We respond to every enquiry we receive, normally within a few hours unless we are having a day out, then it may take upto 12 hours. We ask for your patience, we will respond.

Every villa we manage is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc. Disney is less 20 minutes away (some villas are 5 minutes away) and Universal 25 minutes.
Pool heat is an optional extra at your chosen villa. Please enquire about the rate.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

All the villas have their own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air condioned throught, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, at least one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, washing/drying facilities and free access to all the facilities at the Resort. Please note we have a strict policy of NO SMOKING and NO PETS in every villa (smoking is allowed on the pool deck).

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
