Calypso 203 West, is a beautiful, platinum-rated, low second floor, beach-front, 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo (with bunks) at Calypso Resort Towers. This beautiful condo sleeps six and is only 1 flight of stairs from the pool and other amenities. Skip the elevator!
It includes 1 dedicated, FREE..VIP, private parking space located directly under your condo (beachside) and across from the elevator (just steps from your door) a $60 savings plus incredble convenience.

Unit 2-203 features a private, reserved, parking space in the exclusive garage located directly under the building and your condo. Walk 15 steps from your car to the elevator, proceed to the 2nd floor, and then another 15 steps to your condo. It doesn't get any easier or more convenient than this! We've completely eliminated wasting time searching for parking in the garage across the street. No long hauls with bags, groceries, or your new shopping merchandise from Pier Park. Short and easy. The benefit of a private parking space, steps from the condo, can not be underestimated.

Unit 2-203 features coastal decor through out. From the beautiful blue color theme, to the beach art, and wood tile flooring you'll feel like you're at the beach though out the entire stay. The living room features wood tile flooring, matching sofa and chair, large wall-mounted flat screen television, and balcony access with majestic coastal views of the palm trees, beach, quartz-white sand, and emerald gulf waters. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with ample cabinet space, stainless appliances, breakfast bar, and dining area. Having guests over? The dining and breakfast area seat 6 comfortably.

The master bedroom includes king size bed, wall-mounted flat screen television, and private ensuite with combination tub/shower. Built-in bunk beds are located in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeps 6 with ease. A second full bathroom with walk-in shower is located, off the hallway, directly across from the bunk beds. A laundry closet includes a combination washer/dryer.

The outdoor balcony includes new balcony furnishings. The relaxing balcony view showcases the emerald coast waters of the gulf of mexico, quartz-white sandy beach, gorgeous palms, the pier at pier park, and of course the majestic evening sunsets. You'll find the relaxing, stress-reducing, salt-water air and coastal breezes provide complete enjoyment.

Calypso 2-203 is located in the west tower, closest to Pier Park, which is a short, scenic, walk away via the beach-front sidewalk. No car needed to access all that Pier Park has to offer: restaurants, movie theater, entertainment, shops, pier, rides, concert park, etc.

For your entertainment, guests can also access Netflix via the SMART TVs (Guest must have a Netflix account).

Second Vehicle Parking: handled through the Calypso Resort Parking, Effective January 10th 2025 cost is $60 per car per with a limit of ONE pass for this unit. Fees are subject to change per the HOA.

Another awesome summer vacay stay

This is our 3rd year staying here. Everything was perfect again. Room was SO clean upon arrival. Private parking spot was so convenient, located right next to the elevator. Everything was GREAT! We will be back next summer! We love that everything is in walking distance. We park our car when we arrive and don’t leave until we check out. We enjoy shopping and eating in Pier Park and love laying on the beach or chilling in the pool. We look forward to it now for the past 3 years!!! One of my favorite places!

Lack of AC

The unit was cute, but I contacted the management 4 times about no/poor AC in the unit and it was never fixed. I received ONE response stating someone would check on it and none after that despite my multiple attempts. The temperature inside the unit was close to 78 and it was extremely humid. The master shower’s handle was installed incorrectly which was not communicated in the listing, so when turning on hot it was simply cool water. Maintenance came on day 3 and told me I had to turn the dial to “cold” to get hot water. The master bedroom TV would not connect to WiFi.

It was easy booking, entering and exiting the property. I had a positive experience.

The communication was good though out the rental process. The only problem was that the water filter on the refrigerator expired and we could not get it replaced before checking out. Overall it was a positive experience and I will book the same place again next year.

Beautiful Condo, filled all our needs and more. Enjoyed the convenience of the 2nd floor. Only issue was fire alarms went off 9 times in the middle of the night. Returning next year. Well maintained complex.

Condo was as described and we enjoyed the ease of being on the second floor with VIP reserved parking in the same building. Warren Beach Rentals was easy to deal with. Condo is close to Publix and Frank Brown ball fields. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Short trip to the sea

Having stayed here one time prior 18 mos ago, I pretty much got what I expected and remembered, however there were no hangars for clothing and only 4 forks. Seems someone should do some sort of inventory to determine what needs replenishing etc

The beds were cheap and worn out. The property was great. If you are taking your young children don’t get this unit. The patio door won’t lock. The tvs are outdated and are not smart tvs.

Perfect Beach Condo!

Check in was super easy. Having the private parking space was an absolute must! It made our family vacation so much easier. This condo has everything you need for a home away from home. Being on the 2nd floor it’s an easy walk down the stairs instead of waiting for elevators. Updated appliances, comfy beds, cool a/c, and perfect hot showers. We really loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend for a family with children.

PERFECT STAY!!

A friend of mine was staying in this exact room/condo a few months back. The pictures she showed me were beautiful! I was so impressed that my family & I decided to venture over to PCB for the first time for our 2022 summer vacation & stay at this same condo. Impressed isn’t the word. This condo was immaculate & a 5+ star!!!! It was very clean & super nice. Perfect location. Once you park your car, you have no need to drive anywhere else. The beach is literally in front of you, food, shopping & entertainment all around you. The VIP parking is amazing. The staff at the resort were very nice, they even had property patrol so that no one off the streets could just walk in & jump in the pools, etc. This condo is 2nd floor and we didn’t have any issue with noise from anyone in the pool or loud music. You get 2 chairs & an umbrella with your stay which is very convenient! I could go on & on because we never had an issue or complaint about anything.. we are already looking at dates for booking this same condo for next summer! BOOK IT, I PROMISE YOU WILL LOVE IT!

July 4th - great fireworks show.

The parking spot directly across from the elevator was perfect and being on the 2nd floor made it very easy to access the pool and beach by walking down one flight of stairs instead of waiting on the elevator. The view was hindered by the palm trees, but it wasn’t a big deal to our crew.

Superb condo & location

Everything went better than expected. Previous stays in other PCB locations lacked communication & facilitated check in procedures. I was hesitant with staying on the 2nd floor because of road noise but it was not much noise at all except for the occasional loud music. Perfect location for teenagers and even with dad partaking in alcoholic beverages at Pier Park. Loved the private parking spot underneath the condo instead of fighting for a spot across the street and dealing with elevators. I would definitely book here again. Thanks & Roll Tide!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this unit. Always clean. Convenient 2nd floor unit with VIP parking in garage underneath. Walking distance to Pier Park that has lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Awesome experience

Place was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Down one flight of stairs to the beach and our car. No need to use elevator. Private parking was a great bonus! Property agent was very quick to respond to my questions. Will definitely rent from them again.
