Great stay in PCB!

This unit was just as described. The cleanliness of the condo was on point they didn’t miss a thing as well as the resort itself. The location is great . The chairs and designated parking spot was an added bonus that i certainly appreciated. We have rented with Warren beach rentals before and will continue to use them in the future.

Convenient Location

We loved the location of this room. VIP parking was a huge plus. Then being able to take the stairs the entire trip saved us a lot of headache without having to wait for elevators. The room was nice also and clean when we arrived.

Another perfect stay!

We have stayed at this exact condo for 3 years now, every summer! This is our favorite place to stay & only place we will stay. The convenience is like none other - from booking the condo, the reserved parking spot right by the elevators, from not having to get in your car to go find food or shopping - it's all walking distance. The condo is SO clean. The air conditioning is COLD. The view is BEAUTIFUL! We just checked out this past Friday & we already want to go back! There is NOTHING that we would change, everything was great as always!

This rental was perfect for our family of four. The easy access to the pool in the beach were amazing. Second floor was the best way to go! The host was very responsive with any of our needs. Definitely would stay here again.

203W Parent/teen/school age staying

Condo was conveniently located by the pool and ease of elevator. VIP parking for the win!! So close to Pier Park we just hopped over there in a couple mins for sudden ice cream cravings at Marble Slab. Beach service was great. I only had a couple things I wish was better but none of them had anything to do with the condo itself. The pool was the only thing that left me wishing for more. We left a pair of goggles at closing of the pool and came back right before it opened and they had already tossed them. They said they do not keep anything (could get hairy if valuable). The other issue was seating/shade for parents not swimming. Nothing to make me change my mind about the stay it’s just limited. Everything seemed well maintained. Water was great and didn’t have extreme amounts of chemicals. Security was on top of their job and would round regularly. Tiki bar made great drinks and were super friendly!! The owners went above and beyond to get information to us with plenty of time to not feel rushed. Condo had more than enough start up supplies for the things you inevitably forget at home or need before shopping. Even had two personal beach chairs! Appliances were top notch. Decor was beautiful and well planned. 10/10 would stay again. I just want to say a personal thanks to the owners we felt very welcomed!! 🥰

Another awesome summer vacay stay

This is our 3rd year staying here. Everything was perfect again. Room was SO clean upon arrival. Private parking spot was so convenient, located right next to the elevator. Everything was GREAT! We will be back next summer! We love that everything is in walking distance. We park our car when we arrive and don’t leave until we check out. We enjoy shopping and eating in Pier Park and love laying on the beach or chilling in the pool. We look forward to it now for the past 3 years!!! One of my favorite places!

Lack of AC

The unit was cute, but I contacted the management 4 times about no/poor AC in the unit and it was never fixed. I received ONE response stating someone would check on it and none after that despite my multiple attempts. The temperature inside the unit was close to 78 and it was extremely humid. The master shower’s handle was installed incorrectly which was not communicated in the listing, so when turning on hot it was simply cool water. Maintenance came on day 3 and told me I had to turn the dial to “cold” to get hot water. The master bedroom TV would not connect to WiFi.

It was easy booking, entering and exiting the property. I had a positive experience.

The communication was good though out the rental process. The only problem was that the water filter on the refrigerator expired and we could not get it replaced before checking out. Overall it was a positive experience and I will book the same place again next year.

Condo was as described and we enjoyed the ease of being on the second floor with VIP reserved parking in the same building. Warren Beach Rentals was easy to deal with. Condo is close to Publix and Frank Brown ball fields. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Short trip to the sea

Having stayed here one time prior 18 mos ago, I pretty much got what I expected and remembered, however there were no hangars for clothing and only 4 forks. Seems someone should do some sort of inventory to determine what needs replenishing etc

Great stay but palms off balcony need trimmed. Hard to see the ocean with being grown out, and I know it’s probably the resort not the owner. VIP parking, very impressive perk! Would I stay in 203W again, absolutely

Beds need to be replaced. Patio door won’t lock

The beds were cheap and worn out. The property was great. If you are taking your young children don’t get this unit. The patio door won’t lock. The tvs are outdated and are not smart tvs.
