Great location

This is a great part of Seagrove Beach. Slightly of of the beaten path, but just minutes from anything you might want or need. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This condo is beautiful with stunning beach views! Very clean, decorated very nice, and we loved how close it was to the Seaside area and local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Excellent Experience

Excellent family vacation experience. During the first night we discovered the AC was not working properly. I texted the owner at 6:30 am and she immediately called me and had an AC Tech on site and the AC was back up and running by 10am. It was overall a great experience and I could not have been more pleased with property and the owner and her attention to our needs. The only negative would be that golf carts are not allowed on property due to limited parking.

Beautiful condo with spectacular ocean view!

We’ve stayed in this unit 2 years in a row and just love the location! The unit is clean and nicely decorated. Mostly we love how close it is to the beach and the incredible view! The owner is lovely and helpful and willing to answer any questions promptly!

Gorgeous close gulf view

The condo was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean! It was on the second story and had a beautiful view of the gulf. Nice furniture on the balcony. The balcony was my favorite place to sit! Very close walk to the beach. Loved it will stay here again.

Great condo right on the beach!

We have been staying in this area for the last several years, but have never been directly on the beach. It was a game-changer. Being able to walk right out to the ocean without having to lug a day's worth of supplies made this a true vacation. I was also able to sit on the balcony and watch my tween kids play ball without having to be right there with them. The condo was fine. It could probably use some newer furniture and a deep clean, but the value was the beach, so we were very pleased!

Wonderful!

This property is rated a 10 for a reason! It was spotless when we arrived. It’s very welcoming and comfortable from the beds to the furniture. The location on 30A is great. Not exactly walking distance to a lot but we biked everywhere and had fun doing it. It’s on a nice quiet street. The beach access is what it’s all about and this place has it. We would definitely stay here again. Debbie was a wonderful host.

Amazing condo

We’ve stayed on Eastern Lake Dr in different condos for the last 10 years. This was one of the best so far. Beds were very comfortable, property was beautifully updated, clean, and you can’t beat the location and view! Debbie was wonderful to work with and very quick and easy to communicate with as I had questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Seagrove Beachfront Condo

This is a clean and comfortable 2nd floor beachfront condo. The pictures are accurate and the view is great. You are 100 feet from the surf on the lanai. The bed is comfortable and the A/C is quiet and works well. We used the full kitchen a great deal and ate in a lot. It was also great having the second bathroom. We had a very nice vacation and hope to return.

Magical Stay!

Debbie is a very gracious host who provided more than what we expected. The condo is spotless, the location is gorgeous, and the ease of checking in and out made our vacation seamless. The bunk beds were perfect for our children, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. Everything looked charming and beachy with the decor, and the proximity to the beach was priceless. What a view!! Stay here, you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect!

We had a lovely and relaxing vacation here. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. We had coffee on the lanai in the morning and cocktails on the lanai in the evening. The condo decor was “beachy” and perfect! The bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and everything was clean and well maintained. Communication was flawless. We highly recommend this jewel and would love to return!

Everything about this condo is perfect. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location just could not be more ideal. Loved the artwork too! We had great communication with Debbie and no issues with checkin.
