The Sweet Spot! - 3BR/2BA Condo with Views of the Beach for Days!!!

Located on the third-floor corner unit, you will find that at Sweet Spot you have some of the best views in Seagrove! The master bedroom offers a King Bed, and a flat screen TV, a private bathroom and a view of the ocean from your bed. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen Bed as well as a Smart TV. The third guest bedroom offers a Full and Twin Bed and a flat screen Smart TV, allowing the condo to spaciously sleep up to 8 guests.

Well-furnished and amply supplied, the kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, filtered water, and a spacious pantry with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area has seating for eight, and the living room boasts large comfortable furniture to enjoy conversation or watch TV on the new 42” flat screen Smart TV. Sweet Spot is near the beach and offers some amazing amenities: Two community pools (one heated), tennis courts, and shuffleboard for you to enjoy during your stay! There is also a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October.

Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near the primary beach access for the complex and just steps away from rest that Beachside Villas has to offer. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! It was exactly as described on VRBO! It’s in immaculate condition…with a nice view of the ocean. It’s centrally located to all kinds of restaurants. The only negative is there’s no elevator and so more than 30 steps to the condo on the third floor.

Great location and view

We had a very nice stay. Great location! Close to Old Florida Fish House which is one of our favorite spots for coffee/lattes and dinner. The unit has a great view and is just steps to the beach. The bunk beds with pullout trundle worked great and the king bed was comfortable. They have cable and Disney plus which was great. The air conditioning worked but is very loud. The screen doors are very nice to have but they barely open and close and need replaced. The unit overall could use a deep cleaning, paint and some updates. Checkin was 5p and we didn’t receive texts with code and info until close to 6p. We had to call to get unit code. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Disappointed

I value honest reviews so I give them. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the condo. Furniture in living room was dirty so we covered with towels. Property manager offered to have cleaned which was nice but did not want that done on my vacation time. Should have been done before we arrived. Found a dust hair whatever in the frig which was gross. I wiped down almost the entire condo myself. Didn’t feel clean. Condo is fairly small .. patio view of beach was nice but it’s a partial view, can’t see sunrise or sunset. But the most disappointing thing that we did not know and were told by the property manager that it’s too hard to explain on VRBO is that you have only 66 feet of beach front at the actual complex. They have access to another area of beach but it’s farther down like a 4-6 minute walk or they have a golf cart that only seats 3 people at a time to transport you to that beach. Did not at all feel like the price we paid for this condo was justified with what we got. We’ve been coming to the gulf for years so we know what we expect. I did appreciate the quickness of response from the property managers and trying to help. Beach was pretty

Beautiful View but needs some TLC.

Beautiful view but property was not as welcoming as we would have hoped. It is an older property that they have redone but it lacks comfort. The internet did not work well even though we followed the instructions to reset the router. They provided 1 laundry pod and no pod for dishwasher. At the rates I would have expected some type of welcome snack/extras. The entrance was filthy as was the outside patio. There were missing screens on the master bedroom and the carpet should be replaced in the master. The outside patio was filthy and the screen door actually fell off it's track. The manager asked us to allow the maintenance man into the condo to replace a light bulb which was fine but could have been done prior to our arrival. In the end it was good he came as he was very helpful with the screen door and very friendly. We finally purchased a dishwasher pod so we could run the dishes. I recommend for the views but you might bring your own laundry and dishwasher pods. The beach chair set up was awesome and the quick walk to the beach was outstanding. Great location but needs some TLC.

Great location on 30A

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Beachside Villas. The space was perfect for our group! The space was clean and well-appointed . The only thing I will say is renters need to have a clear understanding of exactly where the Private Beach is located compared for the property. It was okay for my husband Mhchildren and I but it was a challenge for my elderly mother in law.I would l ok ve to see this really explicitly stated in the description

Extra clean unit with an AMAZING view and location to the water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this complex and we will go back! This unit was extremely clean and the location was fantastic. The unit was nicely appointed all worked well. It has been taken care of and it shows. My one issue with the overall complex is that the area of beach for the complex in front of the condos is very very small. They do have a 2 acre area, but it's a LONG walk down the beach. We just got up and set out our chairs early and were fine, but it's such a small area for such a large complex. This will not deter us from going back, just something to note especially if you have small kids and tons to carry. Overall this is a wonderful condo with the BEST view. It's hard to beat the price and location!

Close walk to the beac with a view of the ocean

We had a great stay at this rental. Short walk to the beach, view of the ocean from the condo, comfortable beds and furniture, and lots to do in the area! We had 2 adults and 3 kids over 10 and had plenty of room in the condo.
