This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo has ocean views from every room on two levels. Spacious balcony off the living room includes plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the sights and sounds of South Padre Island.

This is a large two story townhome style condo in one of the best properties on South Padre Island. Walk into an open floor plan. Decor is coastal calm. The spacious kitchen has custom cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen island comfortably seats four people. Beautiful dining table accommodates up to 8 people. A stack washer and dryer is conveniently located on the second floor.

The master is furnished with king size bed, as well as flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have balconies with 4th floor views. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom. Watch the sun rise from the comfort of your bedroom. The main living area has a sofa bed.

Sunchase IV is a gated community with lush tropical grounds, private beach access, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, children's pools, tennis courts, ping pong tables, racquetball courts, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center and a 7th floor sundeck. We have staff onsite to help you with any needs that may arise during your stay. This is an extraordinary condo and the perfect place for your island getaway!

Best place to stay!

We stayed 4 nights and this condo had everything we needed! Great views, short walk to the beach, and great location! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The whole condo was beautiful and spacious. When we return to the island, i will definitely stay here again!

Our family loved it!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sunrise every morning on the two balconies was amazing!! It was perfect for our family of 8. We were in need of nothing. We will come back!

Worth the drive

We loved this condo. Conveniently near everything. Parking is a little chaotic. We kept one vehicle parked inside the fence and left it so we didn’t loose a spot and have to worried about getting towed and parked our second vehicle out the gate. Only thing that could of been better was a higher pressure shower head in the master bath, black out curtains in the bed room and it being a little cooler besides 72 but other than hat we loved the place and the host is very nice and easy to get a hold to if something is needed!

Great but bright condo

The condo is very nice and is in a perfect location! We enjoyed the pool and the beach access. The jack and Jill bathroom was very nice and spacious. However, the showers were lacking water pressure. Also, it gets so bright in the bedrooms it’s hard to sleep. Some of the vertical blinds were missing slats which made it worse. The parking lot has very narrow parking spots which make it hard to get in and out of your vehicle especially when you are trying to unload your luggage. We enjoyed our stay but are coming back a little more tired from being awoken so early from the blazing sun. 😁

It was a beautiful view from both the downstairs and up stairs.

The condo has beautiful views and was really roomy. There was a canopy and wagon to carry everything down to the beach which was really nice. We encountered a couple of problems while there. The stove didn’t work properly, it took 2 hours to get to 350 to cook the biscuits for breakfast, but it only reached 265 degrees so we threw out the biscuits and gravy. The 2nd master bedroom was extremely hot where the other rooms were comfortable. Even with a fan it was pretty hot. We found that the Skillets, silverware, knives and some glasses were dirty with food on them. So we put all of it in the dishwasher and cleaned them properly. I called Kayleigh and reported all this the next morning after arriving and she sent someone over to look at both air and stove issues, but they weren’t resolved while we were there. We saw mold I. The air conditioning vents which was a big concern. I also sent those pictures as well. I think they need to replace the cleaning crew they currently have. If all those issues were addressed and corrected, we would rent the condo again.

Great location! Nice condo!

I would stay here again! Beautifully decorated and had items on hand you need. Short walk to the beach. I would ask them to replace some missing slats in the ceiling-to-floor blinds in the 2nd bedroom as it hinders privacy and allows the bright sunshine in at sunrise. We loved it!!

Spacious, Clean & Nice Owner

Our stay was awesome and beyond what we expected! We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space in the living room, dinning room and kitchen area...the pics don't do it justice. The entire condo was very clean (a serious plus for me). The kitchen was fully equipped. The balconies were awesome and we loved the views from every bedroom. We were a large party of 8, including toddlers and teenagers, and were all very comfortable! Best part: Kelly, the owner, was very responsive and kind when I had a request or requestion. She even put up with us changing dates a few times. I definitely recommend this place. We will be returning!

Impressive condo

We loved the two levels of balconies, ocean views from every room and great pool and hot tub view as well! It allowed our three teenagers to have plenty of space yet plenty of family bonding as well. We plan on staying again in the future.

Great Stay at SPI

We really enjoyed the condo during our stay for a family vacation (2 adults and 4 kids). The condo was very clean, access was easy, and took only a few minutes to walk to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were great, and never super busy during our stay (March) and the condo is in walking distance of a lot of nearby restaurants and stores. We cooked a lot of our meals at the condo, and the condo had every cooking utensil, pot, pan etc that was needed. We had a great stay and will stay again if back at SPI.
