This large and very well-complimented 6-bedroom home is such a great winter or summer getaway for the whole family. The house is situated in the perfect location for skiing Heavenly Valley, just 3/4 of a mile from the Heavenly-Boulder ski lift, and just 1.6 miles to the Heavenly-Stagecoach lift!

Not a skier? This house has a beautiful, large property for winter family fun, with an epic private sledding hill in the back yard! The gorgeous pine trees make you feel like you're in a winter wonderland when it snows.

The location is also ideal for driving (or Uber-ing) to downtown's great casinos, Heavenly Village and the scenic Gondola, the brand new Event Center 'Tahoe Blue', and numerous amazing shops and restaurants, not to mention gorgeous Lake Tahoe!

In the summertime, borrow our lawn chairs and cooler and head to the beach. If you love hiking, our home is only 2 miles from the Tahoe Rim Trail-Kingsbury North Trailhead. There is so much outdoor fun in the summer, this is the perfect spot!

There are 2 living rooms, one up and one down, plus a game room complete with a pool table, foosball, and darts on the lower level. The upper level kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms and can accommodate 12 people, along with a cozy fireplace, bar, and flat screen TV, which makes this a great space to gather. Cable and fast wireless internet along with Roku are included. Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom with a king bed, a smart TV, and a full private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one queen and one full bed. Bedroom 3 has one queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway.

The lower level has another living room with a flat screen TV with cable, Play Station 3. Bedroom 4 is the second master with a queen bed, a smart TV, and a full private bathroom. Bedroom 5 has one full bed and one twin bed. Bedroom 6 has one full bed and one twin bed, with a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The laundry room is also on this level.

The large deck off the upper level kitchen and dining area has a gas grill, and a great bird's eye view of the pine trees.
